I’m not sure what the fix would be for the parry spam. The only game that’s ever really nailed that was Bayonetta (by assigning a different move to double-tap of dodge)
Most of the game was challenging but rewarding. Towards the end of the game the bosses got difficult to the point of just being extremely unfun.
Most of the zones were pretty underwhelming as well.
It is easily one of my favorite games. I think those that call it shallow are poisoning the well. The game is exactly what it needs to be, has exactly the right amount of complexity. Yes, you can beat the whole game by perfect parrying and attacking, however, this isn't the intended or fun way to play the game. Assuming you meet a certain skill requirement, there are so many things to try with different tools and techniques. I'd pike to add that it's short enough to be very replayable. Wish there was more.
Too shallow combat with no variety and with the game making choices for gou and none of the other elements could make up for it. The combat would be quite serviceable.for a gams with more focus on stealth elements and exploration maybe.
I didn't. I thought it was a great game. I only got about half through it before dropping it. Why? I hate parry as much as I hate quick time button combat (e.g. God of War). I just want to fight, not have to have the reflexs to fucking parry non-stop or the muscle memory to press triangle, press square in some lazy ass combat mechanic.
But, yeah, it's a good game, just not for me.
Loved it more than most FS games actually, wish it had more variety in moveset though. Hopefully there's a sequel and they give more attacks or at least a second weapon to Hispanice things up ( or assign more special moves) - basic katana gets boring real fucking fast.
I liked it because it strayed the most from other souls games. The verticality was cool and fit with the theme. If they make another souls like game, they should do something like Sekiro and combine it with elements from Elden Ring, like the larger open world.
Honestly here's an idea. A game like Sekiro and Elden Ring, but more open world. Based on traditional samurai battles. Something like Ghosts of Tsushima, but with souls like elements. Change the invasions, so you have teams of samurai invading and you can battle it out. They could have camps and villages as bonfires. The game could be fighting a war and taking ground, with the major battles being boss fights/invasions. That shit would be kino.
Whose more mind broken, Barry spamming the FFXVI threads or this fag still butthurt over Sekiro?
Its shallow simon says qte combat
it mogs every single souls game
Only if your retarded
It filtered me and I hated it
Then it clicked and I fell in love with it
Too hard nigga I got more to do with my time than replaying the same part over and over again nigga miss me with that shit
Because it's easy to cheese, but tedious.
Spamming parry is overpowered, running away and re-stealthing is overpowered, items are overpowered.
It's way too easy until you reach a mini-boss, then you die and have to re-clear the entire area all over again to get another shot at it.
I like the art design, but there's still way too much brown and grey like most modern games.

charmless bell

I hated it because there wasn't more of it.
Because Gankeriggers are filtered by either troll boss or a fucking right click.

The only boss I cheese every time because bro fuck that shit is whichever Drunkard breathes fire during the final assault on Ashina Castle
So you got filtered
character felt too overpowered, didn't feel any sense of danger at any time, basically it was boring to me
Learn Kendo.
Learn kenjutsu.
Sekiro needed more Iaijutsu. The Iai miniboss is my favorite in the game
>more Iaijutsu
Agree.
>wait
>CLANG CLANG
>wait
>CLANG CLANG
>wait
>CLANG CLANG
>posture broken
>deathblow
>repeat
Psh, nothin' personnel
I didn't hate it, I love it more than other Fromsoft games. Maybe I'd love Bloodborne more but it will never be on PC so I will never play it.

I didn't, it was great. I'll never beat gauntlets though...

Dex was only fun when 2kat was meta.
It's an incredible game. I hate to say it but if you disagree you were filtered
I riked it
>he did shura
>somehow more OP as a dying geezer
got filtered by the bull
Filtero Anon gets filtered twice

I need to go back to it but I didn't like that there was only one playstyle, which is on me for assuming it would be like souls games but still
