I think the only thing you lose with female MC is gay black man and literally a serial killer. Your options are pretty decent, as far as WotR romances go. You still can choose from among 3 evil women, and gain access to the scaly mall cop.
In KM, female MC is basically mandatory as it gives access to Tristian. Unless he's bi, but I don't think he is, since he's an actual angel.

Game is very playable on deck, seems to work well even if getting the mod menu working was a pain in the arse.
I tried it at 40hz and it was as choppy as 30, high graphics with no shadows and reflections got me 3 hours of battery life. Not great for a game that looks like shit but my 3090 struggles, I dont know how Owlcat make such an unoptimised piece of shit.
