Junker Queen has a 200 health burst on a 15 sec cooldown, while roadhog has a 300 health ability on a 6 second cooldown which also reduces incoming damage.

a zarya, 2 moira and 2 orisas is probably the most unfun composition you could have for other players, even more so since tanks were buffed to replace the other tank in role queue and are unchanged in open queue.
Zarya needs a longer cooldown on her bubble. It seems she always has it up now that she can double bubble. Maybe bumping it from a 10 second cooldown to like a 12 second cooldown will balance her.
It also has way too much health on someone else. A 400hp Genji or Ana is pretty much impossible to deal with.
Its easy to counter zarya it just needs a team on the same page. She's bad against

You'll need a high throughput healer like an actual healing moira (lol), an ana with aim or baptiste to keep up with the damage she'd put out if your damage is slow in your attempts.
Pro GM players cant keep track of her fricking bubbles. She needs a nerf.

If you think Roadhog is even near the cancer Zarya is then you don't know jack shit about the game.
You can run and hide from a zarya, and 3+ people can regularly kill her even through 2 shields. I've seen entire teams wail on roadhog and fail to kill while he turns around and 1 shots a dps/support with a hook combo and his team is now back in action from being dead.

Zarya does 85 dps at 0 charge and 175 dps at max charge. For perspective, Soldier does 54-162 dps against an unarmored body depending on range. So a max charge Zarya does more damage than a Soldier at optimal range.

I can ask you the same question. Are you standing still during this entire time? Are you not using any abilities, some of which can displace or stun? Zarya beam has very high tickrate so even missing fractions of a second here or there drastically cuts her dps, which is more than enough to either dodge or get healed.
I'm saying she literally outdps'es most dps'es. In most matches, the zarya is top dps, far above even the other tank or lead dps. The only dps I've seen who can really keep up with a decent zarya is a good sojourn.

Let's walk through them.

Even if ana were alive, that mercy would still be dead just on that positioning.

She has no mobility can cannot protect more than herself and 1 other person. It's easy to play around that with hard flanking or just a sombra. More damage doesn't mean much if you bring the correct healers or a shield tank that knows how to play.
A winston/lucio/genji/flank2 will walk all over zarya by diving healers and zarya would have to get through a winston shield or walk her slow self inside it to do any damage and just lose that matchup every time.

She's only a tank for 4 seconds every 15 seconds. But when you have the right team backing her up, she makes everyone into a pseudo tank for those 4 seconds. You're supposed to play her as a third DPS while your shout is on cooldown and stack wounds on enemies as much as possible. Luckily, However, Overwatch players are braindead morons and haven't figured this out yet, so she's going to get buffed next patch and be even more broken for people that actually know how to use her.
Is it possible to play her without a lucio? She has bo real options to deal with a team that spread out or posted up at range. She doesn’t have a mobility options others that her shout, and you probably don't want to use that till your already close enough to engage.
If you're playing against really coordinated poke gays, it's gonna be a bit of an uphill battle not gonna lie. The best strategy there (if playing with randoms) is to tell your team to group up, and hope they listen, and use flanking routes/use cover to get up close, then shout when you're near enough and hope your supports are on point. If you're locked down, use the knife to try and pull a low hp hero up close and melt them so that your team gets an advantage, although this is hard as it requires your aim to be good. Her shotgun does pretty good damage to shields as well, due to having the largest range out of all shotgun in the game, so if you're playing against a rein or sigma, don't be afraid to just shoot their shields. That's really her only weakness, but poke Black folk shut down a lot of characters and team compositions, so it's not like she's alone there.
As for support, Kiriko, Lucio, Moira and Bridgette are her best supports. Bridgette in particular turns into a monster when paire with Junker Queen's shout her if you coordinate with her. Baptiste sucks to use with Junker Queen, but he just sucks in general. Mercy dies instantly when paired with Junker Queen because no shields and small hitbox on Junker queen means she's an easy target. Ana in theory works well, but Anagays have the lowest skill in the entire game and usually play her like they're a third DPS at lower ranks, so good luck having one on your team. Zenyatta is a mixed bag because he wasn't made to support a rushing in strategy or to support a brawler tank, but if you have a dedicated Zenyatta player being your personal health dispenser and debuffing the enemy tank when Junker Queen rushes in with all her abilities out of cooldown (especially her shout), she will be unstoppable. Requires a lot of coordination though.

She's kind of hard to really pin down. Some aspects need to be buffed a little, but some of her abilities are borderline op. A well timed shout can win a team fight. If you hit at lest 2 people on the other team with her Q, you have to throw to lose a team fight. If you hit at least 3 or even 4 it's just free elo.
Her main weakness is she needs constant dedicated healing on her bc she's so squishy and her self healing is so low its pretty much insignificant.
Overall as a brawl tank she fits into the roster well. Can think of her as a more mobile but squishier roadhog, higher aoe damage but lower single target and much better utility at the cost of self sustain.
I think her bad reputation comes from people not playing her properly and/or not having the right healers to complement her playstyle.

Pharmercy is a low tier pubstomp. As soon as you hit levels where people can aim, it becomes extremely hard to play Pharah even with the pocket Mercy. So they can't nerf Pharah anymore than they have. They've already tried to make her less dominant at low tiers by reducing the splash damage on her rockets so gold and below aren't just stomping people with misses.
She has the same issue that Widow does where you can't even pretend to try and fight back without swapping to the few characters who can counter her. Just a very poor design choice in a game like this, even moreso now that you can't even be the one to swap if you're not DPS.

No wonder. Played lots of Pharah at OW1 launch. Came back to check out OW2 and realized I wasn't hitting shit unless the rocket itself connects.

Like a lot of characters added after launch Brig's kit was overloaded and single-handedly defined several metas. So they nerfed her into the ground.
Brig definitely needs some numbers tweaking. I don't think she's pointless, but she does feel really weak compared to all the other supports.
I think the big problem is her durability. She went from having fricktons of armor and a 600 hp shield to a 250 hp shield and practically no armor. I think she needs a 50 armor buff at least to be durable enough to stay in melee. Maybe a 50+ buff to her shield as well.
It’s you, you’re playing her wrong.
You stick to your tanks ass like a fly on shit, and only push up to attack when they do, or at least only go in if you’re absolutely certain you can pick off a enemy support/DPS and quickly retreat. Otherwise you stick with your team and ward off flankers.
Whipshot should be used primarily to keep 100% uptime on Inspire from a safe distance, although it obviously doesn’t hurt to use it to throw off enemy attacks/ults, or pick off low-health opponents.
There’s no bad time to use Rally, although it should be used when half the team or more is present so they’re benefiting from the health buff.
3 swings + Shield Bash + Whipshot combo will finish most characters off.
Use Shieldbash to escape/dive behind cover in a pinch instead of rushing forward and getting yourself killed.
Don’t duel tanks, you will lose 90% of the time in a 1v1.
A single Repair Pack will full heal most 200 HP characters, so just use one instead of blowing all three.
Because Repair Packs heal over time, you can throw them on characters affected by Ana/Junker Queen’s anti-heal effects so they start healing as soon as the effect ends, assuming you get the timing right.
Like Reinhard, drop your shield before it reaches 0 HP so it doesn’t go on cooldown and regenerates faster.

Tanks are made to be hard to kill, and that's their purpose, but triple A games always frick it up with bias and forced meta to sell new characters. If tank role character is hard to kill, then it's done right. You got no rights to complain about it. Dumbasses play too much League of Legends with retail WoW, forget the real difference between the roles, and then complain.
The problem is when they make others too hard to kill. Like the problem with Zarya right now isn't just that she's ridiculously OP it's that she makes other characters like Ana and Genji nearly invincible when they're intended to be squishy.

The main issue with Zarya is that a 200 hp genji with nanoblade turns into a 600 hp unkillable genji who ends up 1v5ing your team with no counterplay. The other problem is that you can't get rid of that without making her useless.
I think a simple cooldown nerf should be sufficient. With a good enough number nerf, you can finally pressure Zarya while her bubbles are down.
The answer is simple. 100 hp shield, double the charge gain on shields cast on allies.
And all of you should be complaining more about nanoblades more than bubbleblades.

No, its the best part of her kit, It dose nothing to tanks, but a squishy gets ripped apart at a good range.
It's not as strong up close as Roadhog's or Reaper's shotguns, but it has surprisingly good range. You can actually do decent damage at mid range. Don't use it as your primary means of damage up close, use your axe, followed by melee, followed by knife throw to stack bleed and combo the shotgun with a knife pull for almost guaranteed kills on low HP heroes if there's not a healer nearby.

Junker Queen is the worst tank because she has low survivability. Her only damage mitigation is on an absurdly long cooldown (one of the longest in the game) because it buffs her teammates, which is super strong in pro play but sucks when playing with random. Here’s how I would fix her:

(That way we can buff her main survivability tool without making her OP in pro play)

Now she longer has to choose between using the shout as her only engage tool or use it as her only survival tool. She can actually pop it twice in a teamfight, once you charge in and get in close range, and then once more to survive a bit longer as she is probably getting very low hp after a few seconds in a teamfight

So that her knife is no longer a shittier roadhog hook that’s harder to land and is less rewarding

Her kit is designed for close range so there is not much use for her shotgun when the enemy is in your face, it’s mostly use to attack from mid range until you close in. But the damage falloff makes it weaker than a mercy pistol unless the enemy is literally grinding their face into your nose

My main issue with playing Reinhardt is besides his speed, people don't want to heal a tank. Maybe it's my fault for playing objective at the cost of kills but it's really demoralizing.

As bad as it was, the lootboxes would often get me to play just a bit more. If there was an event and I really wanted a skin and was about to earn another lootbox I'd just play until I got it then turn it off for the day. Now that's gone.

I really hate it. There's basically no reason, as a f2p player, to play this game anymore. Progression is rewarded with what, a couple of shitty palette swap skins and literally worthless cosmetics like player icons?
They need to find a way to reward progression again. F2P coins in the battle pass, shitty old lootboxes again, legacy credits that you can use to purchase skins that aren't the hot new thing, anything that isn't just level to get a completely worthless "reward" every five levels and literally nothing in between.
The first event in this new system is when I imagine the real backlash to it will start, when people figure out that the only way to buy skins is money. Event skins were one of the biggest draws of actually playing Overwatch. They'll feel the sting when the unenlightened masses finally realize this was completely taken away and they can only get one legendary skin per year in the current system.

McCree can't stun anymore. Other than that, he's pretty much the same.
Reinhardt had his shield reduced to 1200, because all shields and CC were either removed or drastically nerfed. Other than that, he's also the same.
Zen is exactly the same as he always was, except now his kick is the same as a Lúcio boop. Useful to disorient an enemy that gets close and, obviously, ring out someone. Less shields also mean he's able to dole out far more damage if you can aim. Good shit.

McCree's stun is now a homing sticky grenade.
Bastion's new ult turned him into a mortar that was supposed to fire three shells anywhere in the map the duration allowed him to reach. Because of a fairly simple to execute glitch you could fire infinite shells for as long as the mode lasted (which is something like 10s) instead of it ending after the third shell, meaning obviously that Bastion could then literally carpet bomb the enemy team with impunity for 10s, dropping wide area, high damage mortar shells a fast as the player could click their LMB.

The real star of the show is his charge. It now has a tighter turn angle and he can now cancel it by using it mid-charge and the cooldown is down from 10 seconds to 8. Impact is down from 300 damage to 225, which is still enough to kill a lotta heroes.

Young Ana skins don't change her voice or animations, so it's really shitty. Most of her animations she still moves stiffly, still has a bit of a bent spine, her expressions are those of an old woman instead of a confident commander in her prime, and so on. It's a hackjob and it was never fixed.
I don't play Ana, thank fricking God, but if I did I would just get a skin that has a mask. The Young Ana skins are worthless.

she relies on accumulated shave damage and close range aptitude in a game with aoe heals and where the enemy team gangs up whoever in the frontline (where she's most effective). Only other option is to play her like an offtank hog and gank from flank but that reeeally hurts your team now there is only one tank. That being said, communication is absolutely key at high rank play cause she can't do shit solo.

Her overhealth buff was immensely broken and forced a meta in beta that was unbeatable, and being mirrored by every pro team.
Because of this, blizzard nerfed her OVH buff for the release.
Any hero that gives other players armor or overhealth on a short cooldown is broken by design, because there's no counterplay but stacking more armor, especially after the sombra change that no longer removes armor on hack.
The fact that armor also reduces all damage taken by 30%, aside from being a hp buff, is awful design.
Overhealth is arguably better than armor because it ruins the ult economy and grants no ult charge to the attacker.

She's literally the best support next to Ana, wtf are you talking about? Her cleanse is gamechanging. If she were nothing but a cleanse bot, she'd still be meta. Her single target healing is better than zen's by a lot (130 heal burst every ~1.65 seconds vs 30 hps). Her ult and x3 headshots are just icing on the cake.
Btw, her headshots do as much damage as a zen headshot with discord on. So she literally has the same individual damage potential as a zen, provided you are landing your shots.

Its also not worth sitting on for epic ult blocks. Its slight period of invuln can give you enough time to heal and for the second healer to maybe have a cooldown come back. The amount of players I have saved alongside cleanses.
Plus slapping a b***h out of the air with a kunai is cool.
