>quick attack
No buffed rematch either right?
nope
Only Level Ups.
I haven’t played since USUM but why does it seem like BDSP was better than SV? At least BDSP had good teams and harder rematches. Although I guess that was offset my the friendship battle boosts. Does SV have that?
No.
Because BDSP's design was largely unchanged from a game that came out in 2006 before the franchise went to shit, and even changed the gym leaders and E4 to make them harder than the original.
SV has affection boosts but you won't get them unless you do picnics.
>BDSP was better than SV?
it is
and less buggy
I could make a better team for this b***h give me a second
Her Ace is Glimmora for some godforsaken reason
I'll bite. I have the time.
>for some godforsaken reason
her hair and color scheme resemble glimmora
I stuck with the weird rules the game has about Gym Leaders to make them fit with the games difficulty, IE no hazard stacking, no EVs, no Held Items for whatever reason. natures are good but intentionally make the pokemon weaker in a specific area. I also made an effort to stick with the gen 9 mons so there isn't a "KANTOOOOOOO" Situation like the gen 8 champion.
I gave them coverage because like, its the fricking champion they have to pose some sort of threat come on
thats supposed to be Dragon Dance, not pulse
>That Veluza
god I wish people 10 years from now would remember fondly how a fish wiped their entire team because they didn't kill it in one shot, like how people today think about Miltank or Red
but no
instead we get gogoat
Instead I'll just remember my Veluza being a fricking crit monster
you would think she would lead with glimmora to set hazards but nope its the last one she sends out
>this is the woman who says she can't hold back and goes all out every battle
>Weak to Bug right from the Get go.
>Can't defend herself against Fighting midway through
>Can't stand her Ground with her last mon.
This is the strongest woman in Paldea, mind you. Really makes you think.
>doesn't even use full restores or have held items
The whole game makes it seem like no one really cares about the Gym Leader/Elite Four challenge in this region. Everyone is constantly reminding you that they “really” are a pastry chef, businessman, prostitute, etc primarily and a Pokémon trainer second. Leaves a “meh” kind of feeling.
>Supreme Overlord: When the Pokémon enters a battle, its Attack and Sp. Atk stats are slightly boosted for each of the allies in its party that have already been defeated.
>Kingambit is the first pokemon she sends out to get killed
what did gamefreak mean by this
>sends the pokemon with toxic debris last
so this is the power of the Champion of Champions...
Gogoat triumphant return in the game just to sandbag the champion team
>Avalugg
why do they like this shitmon so much?
This b***h is the most shonen MC of Champions
>I'm going all out!
>fricking jobs
Then again Leon exists
nothing's really that embarassing except Avalugg for being Avalugg and Glimmora being the last mon
the lead mon has Opportunist ability (aka can't setup), Reflect, and this powercrept piece of shit move Lumina Crash
the Gogoat, while it's a Gogoat, has Bulk Up and lots of coverage
Velusa, I guess Mold Breaker + priority is fine. stats are just a bit disapointing when Sharpness is not in play.
Avalugg has a respectable moveset, 120 BP STAB, Body Press accounting for its massive damage
Kingambit is usually sent out second for some fricking reason, as fifth it'd be good. no Sucker Punch is disapointing, I guess
Glimmora's a shitfest though. really bad. literally a fricking r*ck type
tldr better than cinderace-leon diantha and especially kukui. also blue but that barely counts due to powercreep
