you can enable ftpm in the bios, but win11 currently slow amd cpu.
let the npc beta tester do their job and wait 1 to 2 years than upgrade or switch to linux
I installed it today. There's a workaround by deleting every mention of NPM in a dll file, also
That being said, I'm finding more inconveniences than good new features. Good thing I only installed it in my laptop and not my main PC, I'll probably wait until the Android update at the very least.
Not much. It has core integrated Android emulation which is really fricking nice if you need that, way better than BlueStacks and other related cancer bloat. It will also have the full proper DirectStorage implementation, Windows 10 is only getting a severely hobbled version which kinda blows since that's kind of a huge deal for SSD gaming.
>directstorage
Have they released the requirements for this yet? All I can find is PCIE 3+ SSD and DirectX 12 compatible GPU. But I somehow doubt my 10-series israelitevidia card will be compatible, despite the DX12 logo on the box.
>But I somehow doubt my 10-series israelitevidia card will be compatible, despite the DX12 logo on the box.
Nope, you need an RTX card since Nvidia opted to offload the compression to the RTX cores so it doesn't impact performance (similar to NVENC and DLSS, albeit on different cores)
I mean you can screech your CONSOOM shit all you want for your sour grapes. Their use of tensor and RTX cores for tertiary features are why their shit like NVENC and DLSS don't look like dog shit like AMD, who puts all their trash on primary cores and has to half ass it because otherwise they'll murder game performance with them.

DirectStorage is the only Windows 11 exclusive feature that would be worth upgrading for. But its probably nothing game changing. I reckon, based on nothing, it will help improve performance in certain data-streaming heavy titles especially ones that end up using UE5. But for most games the performance increase will be 5-10% at best. Again, basing this on nothing, just pulling figures out my anus.
surely that "feature" for virtualization can be disabled

Has nothing to do with that feature. The scheduler doesn't properly assign to AMD cores in the preferred way (doesn't account for CCX packages) and it slows the living frick out of the L3 cache, which Ryzen heavily relies on.

They're basically both tailor made to Intels specs, it even won't assign more data to the L3 cache than the quantity available in Intel processors. The whole mess stinks of israelite hands

hmm... this sounds SUSPICIOUSLY like the update to ashes of the benchmark where it matched the latest intel CPU core/thread count

and no, it's not the time they had math errors in the 90s. it's recent.
I ask that about 10 in relation to 7 all the time. M$ only forces these new versions so they can bake in unavoidable or pain in the ass to remove cancer.
>Do the clean install work around >In doing so, lost win10 and it's product key because it wasn't technically an "upgrade" >Now get that annoying watermark nag (that you can only get rid of for a few hours using a reboot batch file, but it comes right back)
Was this whole requiring new processors thing just a way to get people to buy new license keys? For fricks sake
>>Do the clean install work around
What work around? You've not needed to do a clean install to upgrade on Windows since Vista unless your tard ass is like 7 versions behind current.
You have to do it if your cpu doesn't meet 11's requirements which are really absurd and arbitrary considering installing it anyways, it runs fricking fine.
Make sure you prep your flash drive with the iso this creates properly. I can't be bothered explaining it, so you'll need to fricking google it. Basically you make two partitions.

How do you prevent the update? I don't want to get more bloat on my computer.
Maybe it's time to come home.
*Right clicks*
Look outside.
Adventure awaits.
Your CPU supports it, you just have to enable it in your bios based moron-kun
What does Windows 11 actually offer that Windows 10 doesn't?

Other than those 2 though, nothing very big.

Updates that are perfectly capable on 10 exclusive to 11 ordained by your hardware manager.
A more perfected form of assimilation into the Microsoft botnet.
this made me laugh... a manic laugh with little to no hope in it

Stop asking question bro it's a free upgrade what have you got to lose
If an offer is too good to be true it usually is.
They said the same thing about win10 and I've had that for years and what downsides have I had? Fricking zero.
If you have an AMD processor Windows 11 literally cripples the frick out of it, and the first update made it several times worse as well.

Better spyware and backdoors for glowBlack folk
It helped me finally take the jump to 100% linux. Feels good

Win11 chads... I'm never joining you
guess you'll be upgrading to linux then

Have you tried using it on 11? Didn't think so.
>Have you tried using it on 11?
Yep, works perfectly
Bullshit homosexual. Frick off if you're just gonna shitpost absolute lies
>moronic Black person using some ancient v34 from whatever 50 IQ piracy website he uses because he can't figure out mydigitallife
He's right you know. mydigital life is the only trusted source for KMS activators.
>Have you tried using it on 11? Didn't think so.
Yeah that's how I activated mine moron, just look at the CMD files code
>echo Project is supported only for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 and their Server equivalent.

Holy shit you actual moron, learn to use KMS_VL_ALL

So these are the smooth brains that Russians pack together botnet windows isos for.
Follow this guide to activate. I do it for all my Windows installs
https://msguides.com/windows-10
>Use the command “slmgr /skms s8.now.im” to connect to my KMS server.
have a nice day for recommending anything but MDR KMS activision
for me its locally hosted kms
idk man. That's what I use & it's worked for my desktop for 3+ years
>morons unironically updating
This is how you install Win11 without TPM.

Also, whatever KMS hacks you were using on Win10 to unlock it will work on 11. It's basically still 10.
And finally, here are instructions for permanently turning off Windows Security/Defender so you can get back to pirating like a proper homosexual:

I fricking hate the future.
>just want to play game
>all this nonsense instead
>The future is having to meet spec requirements to install an operating system
Oh my god, that's never been the case ever before
My cpu is too slow for win11. Guess I have to stick with 10
If your PC can run Windows 10 without a problem, I don't see how it would be too slow for Windows 11.
And you thought things were bad before, if you don't have win11, there's zero chance of ever getting pussy.
Jokes on you, there's 0 chance I ever will regardless
>women are more likely to date dipshits with money to burn
who would've thunk it
>still getting GWX, GWXconfigmanager and CompatTelRunner.exe

Just got my first Mac. M1 MacBook air. This shit btfo windows.
I play everything on console anyways
