Get good
Triforce Hunt is one of the easiest and quickest things in any game ever and it's not the best Zelda entry but anyone that struggles or complains about it is just bad at vidya
>Get good
Don't confuse skill with autisticly collecting things.
Bitch needs to eat a burger
>i will wear 3 pounds of makeup with comical amounts of blush and make facial expressions that only exist in porn comics
the makeup yes but the facial expression is normal cmon she is not doing a belle delpine
Built for BBC
>"Nooo it's too confusing I have to explore this exploration game"
Get good
>this is how you know WWfags are retarded
WW detractors are the ones who call it tedious or difficult, because they're bad at vidya
Cope or get good, but get of f this board
>WW detractors are the ones who call it tedious or difficult, because they're bad at vidya
you are still confusing "this is a boring slog" with "this part is difficult"
>tedious or difficult
>or
Read, bro. Those are the two biggest complaints about it going back to the game's release, I don't care which one you agree with because both are uttered by casual shitters
literally nobody has ever said windwaker was a difficult game
Wind Waker is extremely hard. Nintendo is known for their hard games, and WW is no exception.
Then you're a newfag and need to lurk moar, that's the exact way most people complain about it. Just because you're saying it's tedious instead of difficult doesn't mean nobody else phrased it that way, and in the end, either is a casual viewpoint.
by all means show a single time someone's said WW was hard
yah, that post seems totally legitimate
try again
oblivion worse es game
dont forget
>nonexistant difficulty, trivialized ever more with grandma's soup
>the game literally makes you pay rupees just to get a bottle and 2 PoH
>the entire triforce shard quest is also just repeatedly paying Tingle so you can activate the pillars of light
>another quest is literally just paying traders for shit so you can ferry between traders and trade them that stuff
>finishing that quest means you can customize outset island!!!! by paying to buy the things that you beautify it with
>having to play the command melody in basically every fucking room to move your partner
>braindead combat with the QTE counter
>final ganon fight isnt even a fight, its just waiting for your A button to light up
>tedious means difficult
this is how you know WWfags are retarded
>anytime a game asks me to do anything that isn't QTEs with flashing lights and bright colors is tedious and therefore bad
who are you quoting?

Is it just me who feels an eerie presence in the game? The endless ocean with giant squids doesn't help.
Yea, I felt it after beating it.
The game felt... incomplete...
I was 9 years old at the time, and even kid me knew the game was too short.
>too short
Wind Waker was long as fuck. It didn't have too many dungeons but it had a lot of exploration. Hell, just getting to the first dungeon takes a while.
what do you mean? eerie bad as in superficial and man made? or eerie good as in an immersive unsettling feeling elicited by the vastness and grandness of the ocean?
thalassophobia
the art style is shit
that is literally the one thing I can't agree with.
minish cap is the only Zelda Game I've liked btw and also has the best 2d sprite style
Has anyone drawn the grandma being dead and the two kids crying?
The only thing I liked in WW was Medli.
I like the sailing. also there is no way you can say it was the worst dungeons when botw and totk exist
oh botw and totk are zelda games?
The plot is decently Kino, specially its last act. King grooming Link into his ganonslaying champaion is an interesting idea. Pitifully, the game lacks a sheik-esque character to give the game's narrative a much needed to 'edge' of sorts.
Also, the combat is a great improvement ocer OoT/MM. The majority of items have a combat related utility and the swordplay is even better by virtue of having do different things and the command promts are good ideas.
And just because its the weakest doesn't mean its bad. WW is at 6-7/10 game which is still good in my book.
saderu not mary gamerupray pros despitu naisu aretu stlye
I was 7 and it was the most fun game I’ve played. It felt like an epic journey. I relished the triforce hunt.
Last Zelda game with soul
I would argue that's Twilight Princess. It's not as good, but there is soul present in it.
Soul is mostly differentiated by art style.
Twilight Princess' graphics are unironically soulless while Wind Waker's graphics are probably the most soulful out of any Zelda game.
Man I really didn't like TP. It just felt like a reskinned OoT that somehow had more gimmicky unneeded items than any other game before it and a fuckzillion forgettable characters. About the only parts I enjoyed was the whole wolf portion since it was unique as well as a fast way to get around and the fact that you can now swing your sword while on horse back. I feel like we all played a completely different game considering how much praise it typically gets here.
TP shows why devs shouldn't always listen to fans
One of my favorite games as a kid. The last tri force piece was bugged and I couldn't get it. Never beat the game
Toon Link is cute as fuck, that's why.
When do we get a new Toon Link game
true, minish cap link is the best 2d link in design, art, everything.
Kinstones
It has one of the most satisfying Ganondorf fight and delicious a brown girl. It was the start of an actually expressive Link. It's setting was also really relaxing similar to Mario Sunshine. I fucking love sea themed settings.
I like the huge world and exploration. It's why I love BOTW and TOTK. I just want to explore in games without the game holding my hand.
I can sail thru the sea
its a 10/10 until the part where you pick up fragments of the triforce, i ended my runs there every time lmao
>Blonde hero that shares the same name as the previous protagonist
>Ocean setting
>Becomes proficient with a sword
>Encounters a wide variety of people in his journey, including a dark-skinned woman with blonde hair that possesses latent magical abilities
>A great secret is hidden under the ocean, is not given the whole truth by his partner
>Defeats the main villain who wields two Katanas
Wind Waker or Sons of Liberty?
>Dungeons
Never got this and never will. I've seen square peg in square hole bullshit in Twilight Princess more insulting than anything Wind Waker could possibly dish out. It's like people can no longer use the anger from Spaceworld as an excuse anymore so they just go to straight up lies.
Like look at this. It's literally the same weight puzzle from Tower of the Gods.
TP used a lot of unfinished content from Wind Waker. Also, Wind Waker is more divisive so it attracts shitposters. From the way people post here I don't think most anons have bothered to do a complete run through of any 3D Zelda in recent years because the only things people discuss about them are just waifu shit and sometimes the ending that they probably watched on youtube. It cannot be understated just how little the fags here play the games they talk about.
TP is forgettable as fuck. I haven't played through WW or TP since their initial release but I can still vividly remember tons of things from OoT, MM, WW, and even some of the portable games like spirit tracks and to a lesser extent Phantom Hourglass. I just remember how disappointed I was by playing a game that got delayed into forever, got hit by another delay because my reservation was for the gamecube version. I genuinely can't think of anything that really stuck out in that game since it felt like it lacked identity. To me TP is the Madden or CoD of Zeldas. Its playing it super safe and giving the fans of a specific game exactly what they wanted.
I actually love Twilight Princess but it has the worst gimmick and intro of any game in the series. Why turn into a fucking Wolf? Sailing and flying are awesome, turning into a Wolf to sniff Midna's ass is pretty lame and barely used in the game. I get that he turns into a rabbit in ALttP but that's for a quick gag section.
>genuinely can't think of anything that really stuck out in that game since it felt like it lacked identity
I'd say of all the early 3D games it had the most natural feeling overworld and best dungeons/boss fights but it's sidequests kinda sucked and the music was hit or miss.
>. To me TP is the Madden or CoD of Zeldas. Its playing it super safe and giving the fans of a specific game exactly what they wanted
3D Zelda fans wanted a game where you play as a wolf 30% of the time??
WW
>Awesome sailing mechanic
>All sorts of fun things lurking around each corner
>Tons of cool and unique islands - no repeating
>All presented in gorgeous artistic graphics
TOTK/BOTW
>Empty low res psx map
>brightness set to 10000% to cover jaggies and pathetic graphics
>Nothing around each corner
>Rehashed content
>Hope you like moving balls into holes 29381293912 times!
>What dungeons?
>>What dungeons?
Keep pretending TotK has no dungeons, moron.
Meh, those games were made with the idea of gating you out of sections through items. The fact alone that you can climb in BotW would single handedly break most of them.
That's why I said remake, I don't mean a remaster with the same exact level structure and added features. Imagine Wind Waker with islands as huge as any of the areas in BotW. Or Skyward Sword with actually interesting Sky Islands.
TOTK dungeons are like a big dried turd on a plate. tendies will eat it up because they're starving!
I kinda want to see Ocarina, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword remade with BotW/ToTk gameplay.
It was still a great (comfy) game.
>best game
>botw fags still coping
imagine thinking generic ubisoft formula is better, lol
>Prove Wind Waker is a good game
It's not Tears of the Kingdom.
Zelda games were always easy
honestly guys... if tears of the kingdom shamelessly ripped wind waker and ended up being on the sea... classic zelda/wwfanboys would dick suck it...and I probably would to, especially because the building mechanic would feel SO much more meaningful and fundamental to the game I feel, like it'd just feel so much more practical, nobody would be able to say "but le horse is faster" ever.
it's not, Zelda died after MM for me.
