Janky code editors with basic object gui support...and after you buy it you see a "marketplace" filled with shitty scripts that you have to buy to actually make games with it....and each of those scripts has its own kind of hell, and basically it's a fountain of trash for each script, like 30 suck and just 1 or 2 did the thing you needed. And after that, you try to use things like the map maker, just to see it's missing even just basic features like adding a reference image, or setting something's width or position.
