Boys have "wedgie" button and girls have a "grope" button if you go behind them, for comparison groping girls raises your trouble meter slightly but groping LITTLE girls raises it to maximum instantly.

No. Bully is a very unique and charming game. An open world Rockstar-style game set in a school is frankly genius.
Shame there'll probably never be a sequel.
