would you pay $40 for an overhauled TP in the vein of Prime Remastered? Responses will be sent directly to Aounuma’s desk. Thank you.

No
Yes
For vros who love TP why do you feel that way personally?
I am a zoomer and TP was my first 3D Zelda.
It's the culmination of all 3D Zelda up to that point. Dungeon design and swordplay were pretty much perfected
I like its gothic style, and character and enemy designs were unique and fit the "Brothers Grimm fairy tale" feel of the game well. The locations are cool and interesting takes from past games and the twilight areas actually kinda spooked me when I was 8 years-old
And yes Midna makes the game better too
It's just such a complete ass game and I actually feel like I went on an adventure at the end.
It just contains everything that I like about the 3D TLOZ formula and took it to its limits. There's minor pacing issues here and there, but that's about it. It's, in a way, the opposite of what BOTW is, which is also why I didn't like BOTW.
Both are TLOZ games, and yet they're so drastically different.
Yes
No it is the worst 3D Zelda
The best 3D Zelda? Yes please
sure
twwtrannies who claim it has a shit artstyle are retarded and shouldn't be listened to, it looks great and it's by far the best playing classic zelda
>best playing classic zelda
>3D
don't think so pal
I already own TP and it emulates fine, why would I buy it again.
Would it look like the Smash stage?
TP would need a total remake from the ground up. There's so many gameplay/design/pacing issues. The graphics are the least important thing to be improved.
For me it only really needs to cut down the amount of Tears of Light you need to find, add a Hard More from the start, and allow you to skip some of the tutorial bits to be a near perfect Zelda
This is TPHD for the Wii U
This is OoT 3D for the 3DS
I'm aware of the 3DS game. Now do it for Switch hardware. They should have remade it for console hardware in the first place and since Switch is just basically Wii U pro levels of power, this is a good opportunity.
That said, they likely only did Prime Remastered to get used to the engine their going to use for Prime 4. There's no chance they'd do the same for OoT since thats no longer the direction Zelda is going.
not really, the only issues are a long intro (easy to tough through since it's at the start) and the bug collecting which was toned down a bit with HD already. Rest of the game is overall solid
I don't agree. But I also acknowledge that what I want from a Zelda game is the total opposite of what TP (and most of the 3D games) focused on. The stuff the first four Zelda games did. Open exploration and progression. Not linear zones and endless dialogue chains.
No, lol
I'd pay $60
Based
nah once you’re in Kakariko it’s pretty great from there
The game’s not good until you get the Master Sword and even after that there’s that time wasting shit with the robot statues
Robot statues take 2 seconds unless you’re retarded
>Robot statues take 2 seconds unless you’re retarded
Even if you look up a guide, it takes more than 2 seconds. Because there's three memory/sliding block puzzles. And even after you complete it, you have to watch the long cutscenes.
>once you’re in Kakariko it’s pretty great
>get to town
>watch an hour of dialogue
>forced into a filler wolf segment
>then filler Goron segments
>finally get told where the dungeon is and allowed to explore freely
>oh wait, there's nothing to explore since it's just a linear zone right to the dungeon
Repeat for every area in the game.
TP is the second worst 3s zelda. No.
no, it along ss are better off forgotten and or buried on the desert.
>5 hr tutorial
>bug hunting
>wolf sections
>Terrible pacing
>Ganondorf was behind it all!
>Just as easy as Wind Waker
>Dull ugly version of OoT
>Terrible Anime story
>Useless items
Why would anyone want to replay the worst 3d Zelda?
some wolf sections were genuinely enjoyable
No. If you're going to remaster any of them, which you REALLY fucking shouldn't, do OoT.
OOT is already on nso
That’s not a remaster
Also Link’s Awakening is both on NSO and got its own remake
Sure, but I'm talking OoT in the same vein as Metroid Prime Remastered. New models, control options, updated graphics, 1:1 matchup with the original, the works
Eh
TP is decent and on that front I wouldn't pay $40, but the prime remaster was great so maybe
Fuck yes
I wish they'd include a configurable randomizer mode too. They've become my favourite way to enjoy WW, MM and OoT lately.
>Pay
I emulate Nintendo games if I think they're worth my time. I'm not paying for kiddie games on a toy console.
>would you pay
Yes.
Still too expensive
>switch tards have moved on from portbegging and are now begging for more remasters of the same games that already have remasters
is this an improvement or a downgrade
do we get a fully modeled midna??
I love TP but nah.
>you can finish downed enemies as a wolf the same way you rip out Poes' souls
I fixed the game. Although it's understandable that Nintendo would probably never allow this because it's pretty violent.
I want a gory Zelda game is that too much to ask?
I want a Zelda game in which Link gets his dick wet. Is that too much to ask?
yes
