>And everything is going to the beat
>And everything is going to the beat
>And everything is going
>And you said, it was like fire around the brim
>Burning solid, burning thin the burning rim
>Like stars burning holes right through the dark
>Flicking fire like saltwater into my eyes
>You were one inch from the edge of this bed
>I dragged you back a sleepyhead, sleepyhead
>They couldn't think of something to say the day you burst
>With all their lions, with all their might and all their thirst
>They crowd your bedroom like some thoughts wearing thin
>Against the walls, against your rules, against your skin
>My beard grew down to the floor and out through the doors
>Of your eyes, begonia skies like a sleepyhead, sleepyhead
Did the world somehow completely delete all LBP files from the internet? Do the ps3 emulators no work at all with LBP now? Did every physical copy of the games and every ps3 vanish off of earth?
No? Then maybe they are choosing to ignore the games.
No, but the servers that hosted the creation levels have been shutdown. That was the whole point of the game. Thanks for outing yourself zoom zoom
>he doesn't know
they have been backed up
>expressing nostalgia for a 10 year old game
Never ever, sure
>LBP
Soul
>LBP2
Overcooked British bullshit.
LBP1 was a demo of LBP2, have a nice day.
Both are good, but personally I do prefer 1.
>Overcooked British bullshit
you're thinking of lbp3 where the main antagonist is a british guy and the first world's scenery is tea cheese and crackers
but he's hot
Frick you, 1 and 2 were damn near perfect. 3 was where it became overcooked bullshit. I missed Stephen Fry narrating the game
LBP2 nerfed slapping into the ground so, yes, you're correct
Finally, someone gets it.
100% correct, the levels and aesthetics were infinitely more charmful
That being said, the PSP version is also criminally underrated
Isn’t both games coming to steam?
if you're talking about that one leak from a few weeks ago i'm pretty sure that was confirmed fake
bruh I played this shit shit was cash money fr but honestly I dun been hyped it jus because xbots be trifelin ong
I remember the online shared levels, they were fun as frick.
It's a zoomer series, schizo
way to out yourself as a zoomer.
You're confusing zoomers with gen alpha again
LBP is zoomercore
t. zoomer
oldest zoomers were 13 when lbp1 was released
PS3/360 is peak zoomer
You ever think about how there is going to be generations that never experience online games the way you did? Certain games that just peaked and you were lucky enough to be there. Even if said game or series is still running, they'll never experience it when it was fully active and brand new. No nostalgia magic will never remake the experience either, you just had to be there. Besides LBP1 and 2, Demons' Souls would be another.
Future generations will literally never, EVER experience what late 90's-mid 00's MMOs were like. You were either alive for that at that very moment or you're never ever getting it, ever, for the rest of humanity's existence.
>he will never experience mmos before that homosexual tigole ruined it for everyone
I was around when they were extremely popular and I never really got into them, I just never had that dedication for playing a game for so long
>late 90's-mid 00's MMOs were like
and that's a good thing to be honest
>TES6 releases in 10 years
>"zoomers will never experience Skyrim"
>The Witcher 4 releases
>"zoomers will never experience TW3"
How did zoomers manage to live rent free in everyone's head?
I'm from 97, objectively the oldest zoomer according to multiple studies, I remember playing Oblivion at friend's house when I was 10, my fellow 97 zoom zooms back in 2011 claimed that Morrowind was their was their childhood game, while Gothic here is a cult classic.
LPB was actually my first game back when I was 6 years old, sad that the level creator is going down but you can always make stuff for yourself and mess around.
>Zoomers never experienced PS3 games
??? Do you understand how old zoomers are?
OP is a 24 year old zoomer making fun of 15 year old zoomers who grew up on iphone games
Well it confused me personally as a 23 year old.
Not to mention these arguments are mostly pointless considering that older siblings and hand-me-downs are a factor. The first game I ever played was Donkey Kong Country on the SNES my older sister got when she was a kid, and it obviously predates my existence. In fact I still own that thing.
My first console was my uncle's old sega genesis, I basically only that until I got an Xbox 360 and then a PS4. It's weird that people pretend like new generations don't know what old stuff is. It's just that newer people don't have the same attachment as the older generation.
Zoomers will NEVER EVER get to experience what was prime fortnite
>and everything is going to the beat
yeah but i get to play hi-fi rush
Does anyone else remember the level moving glitch?
What went wrong?
The thing about the most successful UGC-focused games is that they all fall into one of two categories:
>strict but good theming and engine limitations (LittleBigPlanet)
or
>literally hand the user the devkit (Source Engine games)
And the only thing both of those categories have in common is that they all generally have good enough base content to spark the imagination.
Dreams's problem is that it's unrestricted, but the restrictions that are there are disappointing rather than interesting. It also lacks any base content or theming outside the general concept of "dreams", which LBP already accomplished VASTLY better with the theme of a sort of collective realm of imagination.
There was simultaneously too much room to work within and too little material to use.
you hit the nail right on the head
dreams is basically UGC's equivalent to the uncanny valley
This.
learning to work around the limitations in lbp1 made creating more fun. the expanded, tool kit in lbp2 with the addition of logic systems made it even more interesting as there was much more you could do. lbo3 I think was the weakest because it added more than it needed to, and the new additions just felt clunky and esoteric compared to the more intuitive building in lbp1, and the straightforward logic systems in 2. 3 was also just a shitfest filled with more instabilities than it's predecessors, unfortunately it's the only lbp game you can still play online now.
It still has the Mm SOUL, but the game itself is somewhat poorly executed, like what
said, the restrictions the game has are disappointing, rather than turning it into a challenge
I'm a Zoomer and LBP was one of my favorite games. I think you're getting Gen Z and Gen Alpha mixed up, anon.
I'm a zoomer and I was playing since 2009. Incredible game, but the community was filled with drama prostitutes, pedophiles, and autists.
>Zoomers will NEVER EVER get to experience [quintessential zoomercore]
do the 22 year old morons here really think they're not zoomers? do you morons learn the definitions of words before you use them everywhere?
am zoomer, loved lbp2
>Zoomers will NEVER EVER get to experience what was Little Big Planet 1 & 2
...you mean gen alpha right? nobody except zoomers and pedo groomers played it
Were the Steam leaks of a LBP collection true?
SLEEPY HEEEEEEAAAAAAAAD
sorry to ask gramps but the frick were yoh doing playing a kids game meant for zoomies?
I'm a zoomer and I experienced rhem
the original fortnite/fall guys
>fall guys
what goes around comes around
wrong, i am a zoomer and littlebigplanet was my first video game
How out of touch are you gays? LBP is literally a zoomer game
LBP is peak zoomer though
inb4 op reveals that he was only pretending to be moronic
sumo was a mistake
LBP4 on PC or porting dreams to PC seems like free money
>porting dreams to PC
if you have a PC that would be capable of running dreams you'd most definitely be better off using actual game dev tools
Stupid mom never let me buy the community pass or whatever it was called because she didnt trust buying stuff on the internet back in the day even tho it was FROM THE OFFICIAL PLAYSTATION STORE, and therefore I never got to experience the community content.
The main story was awesome tho.
Im 18 y/o and I've played all 3 LBPs + Karting, being a zoomer with an older brother is great
