The “60 hours of content” is being taken out of context. That’s referring to 100%ing everything, which involves multiple playthroughs, likely 3, to see all story paths.
Other sources said 25ish hours to complete the game. Chapter 1 had 11 missions and took most people 3-4 hours to beat, although some apperently didn’t even finish it within 5 hours.
There’s 5 chapters confirmed although no info on how big other chapters will be. But if we assume chapter 1 is average, then looking at ~55 missions to beat the game, with more only avalible if certain story paths are chosen. So I wanna guess 60 - 70 total missions, but you can’t see them all in one run. Plus 29 arena opponents to beat.

Well sure but I sincerely doubt it'll be significantly shorter to still not end in ~60 hours of play for a 100% run. Consider the fact that subsequent runs after the initial will have more time spent in the garage, as you'll have the resources to experiment with a ton of wacky builds.
