They will but it'll probably be dull without Nate. LL already felt like it. Not sure what new they can even do with the series. 4 was pretty good end note even though it didn't do anything mindblowing
They can just leave it and dont touch it
At the limit, do a full remaster of golden abyss for the PS5 and thats it
>4
It was great but there was some things i dont like, like the whole "everything nate knows was because of his mother and not him", the nadine bullshit fight and the fact you dont get to kill her in the end, the fact they changed the main theme, the fact that nate is just a random guy and not a presumed descendant of Sir Francis Drake (i know it was a claim by nate but still i liked the idea, altough he can still be a descendant of him) and also the fact that there was no surnatural too
No nate = no uncharted
Its simple
Also people should learn when its time to stop making episodes of a franchise
The thing they can do at the limit is making prequels
Like a prequel between 2 and 3 etc.
2>4(if it didn't do the all of a sudden brother bullshit)>4 as it is>3>absolute dog shit>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>1>didn't finish LL and didn't touch the other non mainline
I think 3 take itself very seriously compared to 4
Its the only uncharted where Nate is in serious trouble and feel in distress
3 has also a very dark vibe compared to the others, i cant tell why but i feel it that way
I agree that i also prefer old uncharted style of uncharted but 4 is great too
I'd argue the whole thing with Sam and when Elena comes into the picture in 4, the elevator sequence and such feels more serious than 3. The two sequences that feel the most serious in 3 are when Marlowe interrogates Nate and we learn for the first time he's not a Drake and obviously when Sully ""dies"". I don't see anything in 3 being more serious than Elena ""dying"" at the end of 2 from Flynn's grenade.
You feel more like drake is in serious difficulty/trouble in the 3
Like when he get kidnapped in the shipyard and then he get shipwrecked, when he get lost in the desert, when he arrived to the village in the desert finding no water and he gives up in the end fighting marlowe agents, when he hallucinate and see sully "dying", etc...
There is a sinister/dark vibe about uncharted 3, even in the themes, visuals, etc...
At no point drake is in difficulty or situations like this in uncharted 4 for exemple
Been replaying the games lately and 4 is so much better designed than the rest. 2 and 3 are great for their time, but 4 is several levels above them in pretty much everything from combat and map design to writing and art direction. >4 >>> 2 = 3 (2 is technically a better game, but the final boss is absolute dogshit and I liked the atmosphere and themes in 3 a bit more) > LL (honestly pretty good and plays better than 2&3) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1
I'd say 3 is more in your face dark, while 4 is dark in a more reflective, older adult way. It feels like a natural continuation of 3, with the whole cast being older and having to decide what to do with the rest of their lives.
>the gunfights are all equal between 2, 3, 4
Absolutely not. It's really noticeable when you play them back to back. 2 and 3 tend to have small, cramped combat levels with almost zero verticality or stealth options. The combat feels very separated, for the lack of a better word, from the rest of the gameplay.
2=4 > 3 > 1
Don't know where to put LL. Loved exploring the middle segment and the train part is great but you can tell by the writing that it's a b team.
Yeah. LL is fun overall, has its moments and it plays well, but you really feel the drop in writing quality when going from 4 to it.

I recently played them all and i find no problem with 2 and 3
Maybe its because i like the guns/guns sound/ennemy models better in 2 and 3
Impeccable taste.
I would however place golden abyss above 1 only because it was one of the few uncharted games that didn't use magic bullshit as it's mystery.
I really dont get the hate on 3
I think the only problem is that it should have been longer and they should have let us explore the arabian desert way more, with an temple/ruin similar to the ice temple of uncharted 2 before making it to iram
Also they should have made like 5 chapters in iram, same for shamballa
Thats the problem with uncharted, in all of the game, they talk you about shambala/iram but then you get there and you only stay 5 min
2=4 > 3 > 1

3 should on par with uncharted 2 or just uncharted 2 being a little bit better

4 is where they started deliberately going in the opposite direction with the franchise. where ND decided to 'grow up' and suck all the fun out of the franchise by adding open world segments that add nothing to the game and removing nearly all supernatural elements the prior games had.
No way Lost Legacy is worse than Golden Abyss
GA ending alone makes it the worst out of the series
Its not worse
They are all great, i just prefer golden abyss and also there is no nate in lost legacy
>putting LL ahead of 3
have a nice day
I really dont get the hate on 3
Its the best of the series with 2
>no nate in lost legacy
Yeap, Nolan North carried the whole franchise. Not going to bother with the next game
I hope there are not going to make a next game
I dont want them to ruin it
They will but it'll probably be dull without Nate. LL already felt like it. Not sure what new they can even do with the series. 4 was pretty good end note even though it didn't do anything mindblowing

Looking at Chloe's fat paki dumper for that long was way too distracting
2 = 3 > 1 > Neil's shit
Uncharted was at its best when it didn't take its situations that seriously, and 3's setting and setpieces are amazing
I think 3 take itself very seriously compared to 4
Its the only uncharted where Nate is in serious trouble and feel in distress

2 and 3 atmosphere, setting and themes are way better than 4
Hand to hand combat is better in 3 and the gunfights are all equal between 2, 3, 4
I prefered the guns in 2 and 3 too
>4
4 is mostly light hearted like 1, 2 and the rest
Only 3 is really dark in the uncharted series
>the gunfights are all equal between 2, 3, 4

I love the supernatural elements in uncharted 3
In uncharted*
4 had too much walking and talking. I'm getting older but starting to appreciete more just pure gameplay
It has no surnatural
I really dont get the hate on 3

I agree with what you say but 4 has better gameplay/combat than 1 and you travel more too
For me its 4>1
