All keyboards are made compatible with ISO/IEC 9995, and there's no analog input.
Even if some vendor will do something like this I doubt any games will support it.
it's technically not a half-press. it's like analog bumpers on a controller, you're not pressing anything, you're just adjusting the pressure level that the bumper reports. It's like a pedal, but for your finger. A fidal, if you will.
>press a button only half way >registers as a "light press" or only a partial press >even games like Gran Turismo has used "half presses" >autistic yoshihomosexual is BTFO passively by the industry and his entire argument is moot
Imagine being so fricked up in your own delusions you actually convinced yourself that the delusions are real. How the frick do you gas light yourself?
we don't need it
Tapping W to drive slow in gta is stupid.
That would be nice yes.

Outdated standard then. If some brand like logitech were to push for analog keys as standard they might get results.
>kickstarter
Yes for walking, running, but not for driving.
why don't games allow to set the car speed with mouse wheel like in splinter cell
they just need pressure sensitive wsad so you can walk
Hall Effect keyboards
shift+input just werks
Because controllers. Use one, gay.
Here you go
>razer
Also, unless it becomes a standard no games will support it
I have enough controllers, that's not the problem
>no games will support it
you can make your own profile, so all games support it
That's not how it works. How does the game know you are pressing an analog button and react accordingly?
the keyboard uses xinput, so mimics a controller. what you need is a game that allows mouse and controller input at the same time.
GTAV does this, but I'm not buying $250 keyboard for 1 game
its a good thing there are several analog keyboards and several games that support mouse and keyboard at the same time
>half press
no such thing
It's a switch with an extra threshold that's programmable, hence "half press"
>hence "half press"

I just use a controller for non FPS, non RTS, non fighting games
>t. never heard of controllers
>distinctly remember old basic b***h office keyboard feeling better to use than modern mechanical rgb meme shit
