I've just tried the hshop injects, so far the only decent one I can find is the lesser downloaded Gran Turismo 1 inject, and that still stutters a bunch on stuff like Route 5.
Crash might work out from how much simpler it is in comparison, namely 1, though I've only tested GT1 and FF7 so far. I don't even remember how the latter turned out.
Hope for the best, expect the worst, really. They also take up a shitton of space being disk-based games.

if it's hacked you can install the ftp homebrew and send it over wifi. there's also the website with QR codes of games if you want to just scan using FBI to install. but for other files you'll need the ftp client.

What a weird game. Nevermind the fact that it has frickall to do with the Ys continuity, it is totally strange outside of that.
All missions in the scenario mode/campaign were either tutorial stuff like "create this building and train this unit" or the same "here's your main building and three workers, defeat the enemy" over and over again, as if it was a multiplayer match - minus the fog of war, which is turned off in the scenario mode.
The scenario is too bloated with characters, plotlines are introduced for them that are either completely irrelevant or simply go nowhere. Especially in Scenario 3, which introduces more questions than answers and just seems to end in the middle. As if we got two and a half campaigns instead of three or four.
One mission in Scenario 1 introduces boats, but you never have to use them from that point in the campaign. Feels like they left a lot of stuff to multiplayer, but who would bother with that?

it's multiple runs, picked the game back up recently to randomize it. beat it when it first came out. campaign averages out at like 33 hours on How long to beat, but there is post game content and online play too. alot of that time was spent AFK wonder trading.
33 hours is still longer than I expected. I haven't played any 3DS Pokemon games yet and despite people constantly shitting on them, I'm still intrigued to get ORAS and USUM and try them for myself.
if you're going to play USUM (don't play ORAS) you are going to want to randomize it and increase the difficulty. I gave every trainer more pokemon, scaled their levels up by 20% and made every trainer battle a double battle. vanilla the game is a bit shit but with all this in place I'm genuinely having a decent time.
Mine is a CFW dedicated Layton/Ace Attorney machine. I play a lot of SNES and GBA on it thought along with Tomodotchi Life and other 3DS exclusives. If you guys haven't played Wonder Project J on SNES yet, you gotta change that.
