There are 4 games in that list that i would like to play right now.
And some others that i wouldnt mind trying out.
That said i still have games to play and i can wait for them to get massive sales or get them in some grey market for a song
Bro I just get someone to share it with me or refund and play offline.
morons will be morons and true pirates will always find a workaround to get anything for free.
The best thing is publishers make negative profit from refunds, since they have to pay the payment processors for the transaction fees. >pay the DRM maker >pay the pirate after he's done playing your game for free and refunded

Yeah imagine being paid hundreds of millions of dollars for making your overlords over a billion dollars in yearly revenue. You wish to live in a just world but greed does pay off for these snakes.
>one crack every 3-6 months
which is....the baseline rate at which games get cracked. Man I remember when DRMshills used to brag Denuvo was unbeatable, then about how denuvo games would take a year to get cracked. And now, here we are
Your revolution is over, Mr. Anonymous. Condolences. The pirates lost. My advice is to do what your parents did; get a job, sir. The pirates will always lose. Do you hear me, Anonymous? The pirates will always lose!
I can't believe more people don't give the corpos shit over this. It was blatant cope from the beginning. Anti-piracy protection does absolutely nothing to your bottom line.
Hardware sales will die.
Remember the psp yah without piracy it would have never moved so many units.
I would have upgraded already if good free games where coming
>Make well above minimum wage in my country >Nice amount of disposable income every month >Nice amount stored up in savings >Still pirate games whenever possible
>keep hearing denuvo murders performance >buy lies of p >game runs at a buttery smooth 80+ fps at 1440p on a 5700xt on max settings at all times
This shit is better optimized than 95% of vidya out there. Are people meme'ing about denuvo or is it asiatic magic?
it has a little performance impact if your CPU is shit otherwise it makes no difference
OK sure.
How come Robocop runs so bad and actually requires upscaling cancer to reach 60 fps?
That game is not really open world either and barely even has NPC's.
I think bad performance is more due to dev incompetence rather than denuvo frickery.
If we say it's due to dev incompetency it just means denuvo is hard to work into your game. It's just shifting the blame but then again a game doesn't really need denuvo to be a game so in the end denuvo is at fault here.
Denuvo is timed. It costs a lot of money per licence (game) so it is removed after about a year. Only in older games that have different licencing with denuvo is this still true.

Oh so basically
Piracy isent Dead and everything will be ok when they stop paying the mob for protection.

I am not talking about piracy but about these games not working after the company goes under. Per game licence is about $350000 for a single year so it's usually a year of denuvo. Or you can pay $500 to the Empranny to crack it in 2 weeks.

It use to take 1y for the game to be actually patched and working.
Now I'm thinking 1y might not be enough
Literally the best version will be the pirated one

>It costs a lot of money per licence (game) so it is removed after about a year
only a couple of publisher remove denuvo iirc, even some delisted games still have denuvo
>This shit is better optimized than 95% of vidya out there. Are people meme'ing about denuvo or is it asiatic magic?
This is a misconception that started because Capcom inserted their OWN DRM ON TOP OF DENUVO and it wrecked the performance of Resident Evil 8 Village.
Did they announce that they will make independent performance tests of games with and without denuvo and Digital Foundry contacted them since they wanted to try it and they never replied back?
Other than stuff I already played on Switch, I guess I only want to play Soul Hackers 2...
I also like Judgment and Yakuza but they're movie games so I always just watch them on youtube instead of playing them.
I guess financially denuvo makes sense for these corporations but they have alienated me. I also don't play any EA game that requires a launcher, EA account and online connection, so most of them. Same for Ubisoft. I will not play Alan Wake 2 because it's locked on Epic store. What really gets me is that these corporations will go on and whine about profitability on PC after doing all of this when we have examples like Witcher 3 that are massive success even on PC. Just make a good product, don't put DRM on it, don't prison it to an exlusive launcher and it will sell. But no, you have to be gigagreedy and then act surprised.
itt brown person spends his monthly salary on AAA slop and thinks he's rich because $70 is the equivalent of a sportscar to him and he's a "big spender"

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but that's not how making actual money works. Keep flippin' them burgers tho, might be enough for your bing bing wahoos. Stay mad, shitters.
I'm definitely poor, but I can still afford good food because I don't waste money on video games.
Organic/bio spinach pasta, I bought a ton of these last week.
you know, with all the 3rd worlders getting computers and internet access, piracy will only increase. the industry will soon have hundreds of millions pirating their shit and because each pirated game is a lost sale, every single company will go bankrupt and everything will crash and burn
We resort to playing free mobile games and f2p online games instead.
even if all denuvo games get cracked, we still need powerful enough PC for that. most of us have laptop because we need it for work as well. having both laptop + powerful PC is rare.
People who do play AAA games usually play console (2nd handed market or jailbreak). or some westernized liberal middle class morons who think they're high-class actually buy AAA games on Steam day 1 like some of my friends. they'll never retire.
>i-it's just $70 per game
$70 is A LOT for us.
A 20-ish years old white collar worker in big city typically earn around $300-$500 a month.
food + transportation cost (usually no rent, living with parents) is over half that.
Piracy isn't like stealing physical copies from retail stores. A billion extra pajeets torrenting shit won't cut their loses as long as their buying costumer base continues to buy.
Denuvo showed up pretty late to the party, late like 15 years. With games as a service becoming the big shit, soon all games will be totally online. Only indie games (without the cash for Denuvo), might stay offline. Looks like Denuvo's days are kinda numbered.
Most Nintendo fans don't know you can pirate, even if they know you can they haven't the first clue how, even if they have a clue they think the FBI is hiding in the bushes and will jump out the second they do, and even if they don't think that they're moralgays. It's also a console.
You do know that the people pirating Nintendo's games are likely their biggest fans, right? Infact I'd be willing to bet that the ones that did pirate it are also the ones who will buy it day 1.
For the average Nintendo fan emulation follows that same chain as proper console piracy, and the chances of them having a PC capable of emulation is low to begin with.
denuvo doesn't matter if you're on console. shits already fricked anyway. you're fricking brain dead if you don't think there is a difference between PC, and any game console
>YOU NEED DENUVO SO YOUR GAME IS SUCCESSFUL >but what about Nintendo games? >YOU CAN'T PLAY THEM ON PC, IT DOESN;T COUNT >but emulation lets you do it weeks before launch >NOOOO SHUT UP THAT DOESN'T COUNT LALALALA
I just got the 1st month of EA Play for less than a buck and most of these uncracked games are there, I still won't play that garbage lol I'm playing FIFA with a friend btw
Still not buying.

Literally this.

let's be honest here the 10 people that are fans of that crap have already bought it and the rest of humanity is not even aware of its existence

you can play it on yuzu 60fps you dumb fricking moron
Does that have the localization fix available?
that's the only reason I'd want to play Royal over the vastly superior RCPS3 version.

They didn't need to skyrocket. If the gain offsets the cost, which it clearly does, it's worth it.

It will eat CPU but if you have a decent one you won't be that impacted
I think you can get a 3600 for under 100 bucks which can run it no problem. You'll only struggle if you're a 3rd worlder with a potato PC from 2005.
Also get this if the company goes under you will loose access to your game.
Cool right?
what?
Do you think this crap works without a server?
Denuvo is timed. It costs a lot of money per licence (game) so it is removed after about a year. Only in older games that have different licencing with denuvo is this still true.

Are you moronic? He's doing it because you morons fall for the most blatant bait and it makes people seethe like frick when he posts it.
Because EMPRESS officially stopped cracking - apparently, I don't know if that's true.
so it really is over for PC gaming?
Because they are losing cedibility
Did they announce that they will make independent performance tests of games with and without denuvo and Digital Foundry contacted them since they wanted to try it and they never replied back?
Still not buying anything with your malware.
I've been willing to buy games and stopped because of it.
Post the list
https://pastebin.com/ALx2DThD
fifa 23 is cracked, so practically 20,21 and 22 have no need to be on the list since it's the same game
For me it's Star Wars Jedi 2, Persona 5, and Demon Slayer. Technically I could emulate two of them.
Persona 5 royal can be easily emulated on ryujinx
I wanna mod it.
the feMC troony mod?
Nah just random stuff, I like modding. I modded it on RPCS3 a bit but then Royal was announced so I never played it lol.

I'm glad they label this piles of dogshit with denuvo so I can avoid them.
You can refund all games now. You can play the whole thing and refund which does actual monetary damage to the company.
Refund games.
how can i play the whole game in under 2 hours?
