Well, if you "read between the lines", Arkhane games hardly ever sell.
Their last 2-4 games have been flops, so It's likely that Bethesda is getting to the point where they won't tolerate their failings anmore and will disolve the studio and transfere it's manpower to other divisions.
Press and colleges of Arkhane probably don't want that, so they are trying to get the word out to get people to buy this game.

Or maybe because the crappy engine shits the bed the minute you aren't running it at EXACTLY 60 or 120 fps. The same issue that already existed in Dishonored 2 and that they didn't bother to fix. Bad reviews are more than warranted here, they never learn otherwise.
