VtM Bloodlines, Vampyr and the various Cthulhu mythos games are horror coded, but not really horror games.
I'd call Fear & Hunger, No Delivery and World of Horror proper horror rpgs. Live a Live has a horror chapter.
Koudelka is a nice game, it has pretty catchy battle music, very cool enemy designs and RE-like puzzles. The plot was nice and characters constantly bickering and philosophy styling at each other was refreshing. Pretty abusable combat system if you save up ammo for bosses and level up buffs.
I was interested in Darkest Dungeon and almost got it on sale.
The only scary thing in DD is the endgame grind.
Op asked for horror not scary.
Are you going to make this another thread explaining why your associated vocabulary makes you moronic?
Ganker is illiterate? you don't say....
Darkest Dungeon isn't an RPG anyway, it's a glorified phone game
