They also killed Maya because having a main character die is part of the formula now. Someone MUST die because Gearbox doesn't know how else to establish stakes. They fricking suck at writing a story with impact, so they resort to cheap tricks like Old Yellering a fan-favorite character. BECAUSE IT WORKED IN BORDERLANDS TWO SO IT MUST BE RIGHT!!!!!!
none of the characters/skill trees were as fun or 2 or tps and bl3 even added another fricking dlc that gave each character more skill trees and they were STILL all mediocre. >maya dies so ava can have a fricking cheesy space podcast that you do missions for

I have a level 31 Moze with a legendary kid that converts health to shields. It’s insane how easy this game is compared to the other ones, and borderlands was always kind of “easy” but I think I’ve died one time.
More is legit my favorite VH in the series and I found her so fun even when she was by far the worst VH at launch, but this game is only fun on mute. Bl2 has SOME chuckle worthy moments and handsome Jack is legit a good VA so he is fun to listen to, but bl3 has none of that and constant exposition dumps

I wanted Zane to play like Wilhelm, but instead he was more about manual utility and less about drone kills.
