i just beat that dude today, shotgun is easiest but minigun+stun needle was how i did it. Dodge only after it's launched its projectiles and always be flying towards it and to the side slightly to close distance and avoid the small projectiles.
i thought the stun needle would be useless after that worm fight. aight, ill try dou shotguns. while i have yoi, does your game crash after every end chapter boss fight? i always end up having to beat them twice, once for watching the scene, and second for skippong it to actually complete it before it crashes. (Yes I have a Dodi version)

Use hard lock and don't touch the camera, the lock will perfectly track for you even at hyperspeed so you'll never lose IBIS unless you deliberately break the lock on

I do not understand how anyone struggles with any boss in this game when all their flashy fast movement gets invalidated by the lockon.
I sadly played on a console and on a pad late game bosses are literally impossible to fight without lockon, they zip around so fast you physically cannot trace them fast enough with a stick-controlled camera.
And unfortunetely they turn into babby mode if you can perfectly follow their movements entire time. It's a significant balance issue imo.
Because the simplified movement and combat is designed around story bosses and not other AC fights, so Raven is the only half decent boss that isn't Balterus or Mechalenia
If you wanna beat Ibis easily. The trick is to exploit garunteed stagger at start of phase 1. Ibis always starts with same attack, lock on and fire bazooka as soon as you gain control, then Ibis will circle around and land on left side of arena (left based on starting position), another bazooka will stagger it, or you can do a charged Laser Lance for same effect but more damage.
Then exploit the stagger window. Best choice is charged Pile Punker with Basho Arms. That’s instantly deleting 70% of its hp. If you did bazooka into Lance. It’ll only have a tiny bit of health left. But anything works now. Just avoid getting hit, learn the dodge patterns.
As phase 2 starts hover near Ibis and wait for Ayre to say “environment” and boss health bar to appear. Then activate Assualt Armour. This will instantly stagger Ibis again, giving you another punish. Charged Pile Bunker is best, but anything is fine. Then just survive and shoot it.
During start of phase 2 you want either a very tanky AC with tons of stability, or learn how to dodge all the lasers. Otherwise you’ll get staggered just as you pop assualt arnour and waste the opportunity.

The fight only took me a couple tries after I switched to dual shotties and dual stun needles, it was kind of lame really.
