Is good when the game's focus is on all stuff you do BEFORE the battle, team-buulding, formations and its even better when all that includes autistic levels of preparation. No one forcing you to use the auto though? If you're a masochist that enjoy doing the same thing over and over over the game lifetime, you can always disable the auto and do it manually. Personally i'm content as long as the pvp/boss/endgame fight need manual play.

The same exact process goes for a lot of the content in gacha games. Grind until you can't and then charge you in some way to grind some more.
They want you to come back tomorrow and the day after, the day after that, day after day until the servers shut down or people stop p(l)aying.
Most games now have skip not even auto play and stamina isn't main money source but gacha and skins you're moron.
