I've only tried the Warlock, but your patron will speak to you and give you hints and warning's in certain dialog, example being how Lea'zan's Queen will kill you and your party if you offend her, which I thought was pretty cool.
I don't think there's oathbreaker paladin specific dialog. Generally, Bard and Paladin get the most class-specific dialog options and because they're Charisma based classes, they're also be able to do more Intimidate/Deception/Persuasion type dialogs. You can convince people to off themselves.
99% of the time it is, but there are some combos that are downright broken especially with some of the gear the game hands out like candy. Lots of dipping 3 levels into Thief for an extra bonus action etc.
If you like their other games (Divinity) or turn based CRPGs then yes absolutely. If you aren't sure you like those but like choice/character driven stories like say... Mass Effect? then give it a try. You'll get a good feel for the game within the first two hours and know if you need to refund. Just roll with the premade characters so you don't waste your two hours customizing characters to test it out. I'm only 6 hours in and can tell it is going to be one of the best games I've ever played.
