Fantastic game with a fricking bangin' soundtrack.
I'll be disappointed if this game doesn't do numbers, but not surprised. Keep in mind, neither of the Jet Set Radio games actually sold great. If they satisfy the niche JSR audience and pull in a few new people, I'll be satisfied.

Just beat the story a couple hours ago and unlocked several post game characters. Combat kinda sucks, some of the boss fights have win conditions that I actually had to google, like having to attack their projectiles with kicks. most of the maps are pretty cool save for Mataan which can suck a huge dick especially that last area where you go for the final boss fight. Core gameplay is fun I just wish there were more secret areas and unlockables. Overall pretty good game hope we get a sequel someday

btw in one of these threads there was a random shill for Xenotilt out of nowhere because it released on the same day as BCF, and i bought that game as well.
it's pretty b***hin but i think i prefer the first game (Demontilt) in theme and mechanics at the moment.
Xenotilt seems a lot more complex with having to utilize downward tilts to fire turrets and slot multiballs into skill trees or whatever, but game is fricking insane visually so it might win out in the end.

Is it just me or does Xenotilt seem way harder than DT? In DT I had no issue hanging out in the third tier of the table and cycling Lilith through her phases, in XT I can barely break this b***h's chinguard and the minibosses in tier 1/2 are far more difficult to get around and up to the higher parts of the table.
seems to be by design, like with how you have to fire the turrets and utilize a skill tree to get a good run going
i appreciate the design attempt, i'm sure it will just take some time for me to figure out how to navigate it
you can also set the turrets to autofire in the options if you are finding it to be too annoying it seems

Pretty cool, but I have mixed feelings about being able to quick swap. Pretty much because I was sporting a skateboard the whole game I only switched off to the other guys when needed pretty much leaving them on their default gear. So it would ultimately just boil down to me being a lazy shit never switching off Red. Man imagine if it altered your combo multiplier.

After a excrutiating process of troubleshooting that pretty much fried my head, i found out that theres a bugged grafitti tag at brink terminal, that just gets untagged everytime you tag it and leave the area, which basically just cucks you out of 100%, and im one of its victims. Most complaints came from switch users, but pc users have come across the issue.
From the looks of it, devs took notice, and they are planning a patch soon. Will probably take weeks tho, i just know it
In any case, if you are done scrubbing brink terminal, and your rep in the pose shows you something like 278/80, or in my case 282/80, chances are you got fricked over by this bug
