So even if you're just in it for the gameplay benefit HP boost, more likely you're going to be running into her and kissing her more than the others. she's reliably available while for Mandy for example you pretty much are going to have to cross school to go to the gym area to find her, and only after you're in like the 4th act of the game.
also the fact that she's a blank slate also means she has less that can be perceived as undesirable traits (some of the other girls have other canonical male interests in the school)
