Medium Budget. Let's not pretend Larian Studios is like a small indie company but it's also not as big as Square Enix.
uhh before BG3 they were definitely a small indie company. They had sub 100 employees in 2017 for OS2. OS2 was their Witcher 2 phase, this is their Witcher 3. Massively scale up dev studio to go big with a project.

340k is simultaneous players. that usually means the game sold ten times as much. dark souls 3 peaked at 140k but sold 10 million overall. elden ring at almost 1 million
