Okinawa is comfy af, lived there for a while (not a burger military rapist). I feel like i should play this game just to take a virtual walk down kokusai dori again.
that's the main problem with 3 is that it's a wrestling game. most of your moves and combos are irrelevant because the enemies can and will always block in the middle of strings.
what?
bosses are piss easy because you can kite them since there is only one enemy to be worried about usually
the worst contender for blocking are random encounters when there are 4-6 goons and you don't have the essence of ninja yet
it's the worst main title, but it's still an OK game. it has the best last boss of the series despite him having little relevance to the plot and fighting you for no reason. hope you get to Yakuza 4 soon, its my favorite one.
Being a series secondary who started with 0 before going through the Kiwamis and then went to the remastered collection, 3 was a weird breath of fresh air. 3 games of nonstop intrigue and crime drama was immediately stopped by a comfy slice-of-life plot and honestly it was just what I needed to mix things up. Dad Kiryu is great.
>Being a series secondary who started with 0 before going through the Kiwamis and then went to the remastered collection
That's the best way to do it though.
I have seen far too many people on here complain that you're not a REAL fan of the series if you don't play in release order to see it properly evolve.
Is there a secret to the combat I'm not getting? I play on hard and just went up against that viper guy who is obviously supposed to be some uppity chump Kiryu canonically beats in two seconds, but I stood no chance, could barely tickle him. I only won because I cheesed him by slamming him with chairs whenever he tried to get up.
Yakuza 3 tries to flesh out weapons more and assumes you are carrying a few around with you. Also the parry/counter is godly in the game make sure you get it as soon as you go back to Kamurocho.
>and assumes you are carrying a few around with you
IMO the game should point this out more. IIRC the next boss from where that guy was struggling is where you actually get weapons and it doesn't stress that you'll probably want more than what you're given for free then.
no bro 5 is so good I know half of it is objectively terrible but the ending is cool and shinada's part makes up for all of sajemia and haruka's dogshit sections
papa kiryu is best kiryu
3 is nonironically of the best Yakuza. Had way more fun than 1 and 2.

0, 3 and 5 are top 3 yakuzas
look at that, a yakuza 0 mention, where's the "shit sux" anon
4, 3 and 0 in that order are the best yakuza. 5 is shit. Other than Shinda
>Yakuza 0
shit sux
"actually yakuza 0 is da worse one"
It's not, K1 is the worst, 0 is second worst.
KW2 sucks ass
I'd say it's more middling, but definitely not the best
>implying Y0 and K1 are both worse than 6 despite them both at the very least having a competent combat system
They are worse if you're a fan of the series, 0gays aren't. That said, I would not say 0 is the 2nd worst.
>it's bait to say fans won't like one of the worst remakes of all time!
6 is at least comfy, also the style switching sucks ass
the entire fricking series is trash after 6 stop comparing which dog shit on the side of the road smells worse.
ur gay and israeli
Literally just started, Majima blocked me for 20 minutes
Fun

I never had any problem with this
t.Easy Difficulty Chad
Majima was disappointingly easy for me and I thought the difficulty was a meme, then fricking Tamashiro happens.

Show Y7 and Lost Judgement, ebony boy
Judgement sux and Y7 is not muh yakuza
>yakuza 3 western boxart
Pure. Raw. Kino
you are on Ganker plz change your skin color to the default one thanks
Unironically, I think the game I enjoyed the most was K2.
I live in Okinawa, I hate it.
Frick the U.S. military
Okinawa is containment for US marines. Nobody wants them on the mainland.
It sucks but all the good parts of Okinawa are hidden away from US military

Honestly I'd rather play the Kiwamis instead of 1 and 2 just for the better engine.
too bad the combat sucks ass
Going from Kiwami 2 to 3 is such a step down in combat. Sucks that they won't do a real remaster.
Should have played PS2 Y2 like a real man.
I hated how Kiwami 2 played
why are 3 gays like this
Because they started with 0 and want to be seen as the "cool kid" so they say that the worst one is actually the best
I'm started with the original one on PS2, I don't know what you are talking about
>OMAE
>WA MOU
>SHINDEIRU

Alright, thanks!

4 is the best, closely followed by 6 and 0
>finally commit to playing 0 after i got my steam deck
>54 hours in
>chapter 7
help
Don't worry, there's plenty more content coming.
Yakuza 0 is probably the best one and anybody that says otherwise is a contrarian gayet.
The only other one that can beat it is that ching chong Yakuza ishin one that came out for the PlayStation 4 in Japan only.
>the direct downgrade of 5/ishin is the best one
whatever you need to tell yourself, 0gay.
moron fell for the "5 has so much shit in it so its the best one :)" meme
You're moronic, 0gay. You genuinely have no thoughts of your own.
no bro 5 is so good I know half of it is objectively terrible but the ending is cool and shinada's part makes up for all of sajemia and haruka's dogshit sections
Try getting it out moron, you don't even know what you're trying to say. It's sad. Your incompetence doesn't even allow you to form criticism.
the only good thing about Y3 is okinawa, everything else is fricking terrible.
Cute orphanage kids.
Hot Haruka.
Best Yakuza.
