There's no way to grow it anymore. Steam and Playstation won't sell it. Xbox banned it. Going Switch only is possible but now the customer base is limited and ecchi games despite being allowed on Switch have basically shown to not sell as well as they used to in the Vita days.
From what I gather steam is either just hitting games that SJWs complain to them about or has a SJW working in that hates japanese games, because they never hit western games and its kinda done so erratically that you can point at a bunch way worse that got through and they will never touch because they really don't care(which is also why they have no problems removing them, pure indifference).
