    In terms of Radio:
    SA > VC >> Gta 5 > Gta 4 > Gta 3.

Yes, with Vice City being a close second. Honorable mention to Vladivostok FM in GTA IV, though.

Vice City is the undisputed king of GTA radio. There will never be a game packed with more bangers and actual classics than that game. San Andreas is in a very close second though.

We can all agree that SA and VC had the best radios but why did the others games shit the bed so hard?

      Anonymous

It's because VC and SA included some of the best songs from the '70s, '80s and '90s. By the time we got to GTA V, there was barely anything good left. That's why we got garbage like

      >why did the others games shit the bed so hard?
Vice City was set in the 80s and San Andreas in the 90s. Taking some classics from the 70s and some of the good pop from the late 90s to early 2000s, they encompass nearly the entire range of quality music to be put on radio in the west that people who played these games at the time would know and love. Anything older and people who liked playing video games would be much less likely to enjoy them; anything newer is more and more awful as time progresses, in line with the general degradation of culture. It will only get worse. And with Dan Houser, Leslie Benzies, and Michael Unsworth gone, I don't any hopes for GTA VI or whatever comes after.

For classic music, definitely, every station is full of timeless hits. I like 4's radio a bit better, for its wider genre variety.

        >Or just emulate the PS2 version on ps4
homie why? The mod let's you go higher than 30 FPS and has all of the console post-processing effects (optional), like trails and the orange tint. Unless you don't have a PC I don't see the reason to limit yourself to a worse version of the game.

San Andreas is my favorite game by far but I have to admit Vice City had the better radio. I honestly cannot think of a higher quality collection of licensed music in all of gaming.

Not even fricking close... What kind of mongoloid could believe SA radio is better than 3 or VC? K-Rose is solid, the rest is hit or miss and is pretty forgettable, just like most of the game. Worst PS2 GTA and it isn't close.

Vice city and San Andreas aren't competitors. They're the same kino with different moods. These games brought me some of the best that music has to offer from the 70s to 90s in my formative years.

Vice City's was better, it fit the mood of the game more. SA has good music but it never meshes eith the feel of the world unless you're listening to Black personbops
