Depends on the timeframe. If it's like 20-30 years since abandonment then the bottom one looks better but it's more of what you'd see in abandoned urban areas rather than in the wilderness. The top one is over-the-top dirty and looks like a Fallout picture, including pointless wrecked/semi-deconstructed cars.
