Open up the back plate of your n3DS and stick down 3 small layers of sellotape into the slot where the stylus goes to pad it out a bit and it'll be a lot more secure.
Yeah I traded some mons from USUM and XY. Got emotional for some reason. Must be from the music and the fact I spent days just trading with others. Can't believe Nintendos gonna pull the plug on that whole world of online. I realize that Pretendo exists but Nintendo would have you replay games that have effectively been neutered in terms of content and it's especially apparent when games like XY are constantly reminding you of online features.
Ya I'm playing through binding of isaac rebirth. Despite the occasional slowdowns I love this damn game. I'm also playing animal crossing new leaf but only like once or twice a week cuz I got a little burned out.
I literally have not touched my 3DS since the Switch came out in 2017. I should probably make sure the lithium battery hasn't turned it into a bomb in a shoebox.
I think it’s actually better than the Virtual Console injected ROMS method. You’re able to load games up faster. Once you’ve got it installed you just hold start during startup and select the game from whatever directory you’ve got your games in. I’d actually use this method for my GBA games if I wasn’t autistic about wanting my Activity Log to track how long I’ve been playing each game.
From my understanding it’s any game with extra hardware stuff going on inside the cart or that’s over some certain file size. I would think Pokemon games are fine, but I haven’t tested any with it.
Just busted it out recently to replay Kirby Squeak Squad (laughably easy to 100%, as it turns out) and I was shocked by just how tiny the screen felt. The bottom of the touch screen seemed unresponsive to fingers but the stylus worked so no biggie. Either way, it felt like using an antique now that I've shifted towards emulate everything on PC or using the Switch for portable and new Nintendo stuff.

Never did. The only game I ever liked on the DS was Dragon Ball Kai Ultimate Butouden, which never made it out of Japan, and the 3DS had better games but all in all, it never could compete with the PS Vita for my attention.
Vita had Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3 and Peace Walker. 3DS could never match that.
They did, it was just a Walmart exclusive, I remember it specifically with Pokémon and the black and white cover plates, and they weren't often in stock.
yes
What's a good senran kagura game with a brown girl and also moronic lewd mini games?
I recently did the tape hack to secure my stylus in its slot so it stops falling out.
Tell me more about this

I've read that some games won't work with that though. Which games are that?
Does Pokemon work?
From my understanding it’s any game with extra hardware stuff going on inside the cart or that’s over some certain file size. I would think Pokemon games are fine, but I haven’t tested any with it.

Do you have a few examples?

Sega 3D collection, just found out Japan had two other versions released outside of US. I enjoy the 3D effect on them.
The three Denpa Men games and the Yo-Kai Watch Games that aren't the first one.
