This was one of them, and I can’t be surprised because they’re giving free reigns to ILCA to make the new Mario RPG. Apparently Tose is too expensive so we need to hire polish and Chinese now? What a disgrace

Nintendo is not ever going to avoid the allegations of being jealous c**ts due to this behavior. I’d quit too if I was in their position. All they want is yes-men

My guess is whatever retro put together was originally for switch but has been rescheduled as a switch 2 launch title.
Why make new games when you can just repackage old games, call them “remasters” while doing exactly zero improvements, charge full price and all the Nintidiots buy their latest product slop like good corporate slaves. Theme parks take ages to design and build, the designs were likely finalized 10 years ago. That's when new super mario was still the standard for Mario games.
