4.1 is more fun solo, 5 has more active multiplayer but its mission designs are hit or miss
It's very fun. My gripe was always a lack of dropin drop out coop. Then Helldivers came along and solved that for me. I still recommend it. Fun game.

Yes. It's absolutely dumb fun. EDF gets nutty with the weapons and everything is over the top, nothing is reigned in. If it wasn't for the cave levels I would say this game never takes it's foot off the gas

Yes. I play this and 4.1 while shitfaced, with microphone activated ofcourse so people can hear me scream "EDF!!" and other drunk nonsense and racial slurs. It is a fun time to have.
