Yes there is and has been for ages. Citra does it fine now, barring a couple of the cutscenes (including the chef/kitchen and a couple of monster intros) which still go blurry. Even a Steam Deck can do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTr-H6sHRh8

I was emulating the switch version of Diablo III, but it was terribly boring and unbalanced so I dropped it. Now I'm playing Metroid Dread. The level design and atmosphere is inferior to Super and the GBA games, but the movement and shooting mechanics are pretty good. I hope the sequel improves in these areas. There's also too many cutscenes.
There's hacks that add widescreen without stretching.
