I like Fallout 4 for what it is but the Italian moron is making us look bad here.
My problems with 4 is the writing because the main quest itself isn't bad. Secondly why is there a settlements system instead of having handcrafted settlements with 10 npcs or so each.
Finally, weapons selection and crafting is simply terrible. That's one thing NV perfected is those things.
It's a roleplaying game with no roleplaying. I remember Todd Coward gleefully announce that there would be 4 ways to approach every situation. Then it turned out the 4 ways were "do what the game tells you cheerfully, do what the game tells you to do ambivalently, do what the game tells you to do belligerently, or do what the game tells you to do later"
