I am actually someone who plays Prehistoric Kingdom and I can freely say, that these women don’t give a shit about the dinosaur aspect of the game.
Well not to be too dramatic, it isn’t their main priority like most males that play this game do.
I like to edit buildings and use prefabs, and most exhibit tutorials and prefab creators are made by girls. Most youtubers that build some grand hotel or create fancy structures for their parks are oddly enough, female.

The actual building itself is basically finished with regards to mechanics, basically just dinos now.
I should also note that there are mammals and small animals, but they're not really fleshed out yet with regards to numbers and variation.
They're also adding three new animals to the game in the next update.
Those being the Cave Lion, Muttaburrasaurus and Carcharodontosaurus.
The game gets updated and its content updates are good, they always add new animals to the park, fix some bugs and add quality of life changes.
Although, the game is very much still in progress. The updates are seldom, animals still aren't fully functional behavior wise, visitors still have a fricked up path finding system, there's still quite a lot of bugs.
Still, it is worth trying it out. It is like a combination of JPOG and Zoo Tycoon 2. Even if you're lazy and don't want to build, you can always use the steam workshops prefabs which are fantastic.

I like sim games and RPGs. Sim games in general seem to be where it's at for women, my favorite one is RCT not the Sims though.
My favorite "obscure" genre is turn based strategy but I think that's not obscure anymore with FE's popularity.
Stardew Valley, but to an absurd degree. I used to date a "nerdy gamer" girl who played nothing but Stardew Valley but it was not normal, unless there was something else to do she would play only do one thing and that was to play Stardew Valley, the one time I tried playing Coop with her she mogged me and would constantly berate me for literally anything I did (it was my first time playing)

She probably wasn't exactly functional before or after that incident but it was my first relationship ever so I didn't really catch on many stuff until it was a bit too late, in hindsight a lot of the stuff she did related to Stardew Valley or her other hobbies was not normal.
