First boss in DLC that I genuinely like. After that dancing lion fricker I actually have fun with new challenge. She's fast and she can do very long anime-combos, but she also gives you a huge fricking openings so you could either heal yourself or make a counter attack.
Messmer killed From as a company
To be specific, his snake form that takes up the entire screen space did.
Fought her with the fedora weapon + wing stance. Cool as shit.
She is one of the two bosses I enjoy in the entire game, good thing about her is that she doesn't twoshot you so you can actually engage in the fight and learn her moveset. They had to ruin it with a cringe second phase as always anyways
She's basically Pontiff Sulyvan 2.0 except his shadow clone jutsu
Yeah I think this sums up why struggle enjoying ER. Either I’m melting something with my OP weapon art or I’m getting 2 touched by lighting speed 15 hit combo with no recovery in any of the hits. I went back to my old save around the end of Farum Azula and the Dragon. Sentinel and Malikeith really reminded why I stopped playing this shit.
Also almost all her attacks are pretty readable, rarely camera still couldn't catch up her very fast movements, but it's WAY better than dancing lion.
beat this b***h the first try with summon + clone summon and sorceries
>swords just long enough to out range most weapons
>follows your rolls with side hits like a tech chase
>overhead slash does ~60%
It's like trying to punch a blender made out of tungsten to pieces. I used the npc phantom and rot, did I beat the fight?
It's weird, the people that cry about the dlc being too hard, are also the ones that make fun of people that say "you didnt beat the game", but they themselves refuse to summon spirits or npcs if a boss is too hard.
Unless they cant beat the bosses even with summons, which means they are actually brain damaged.
If you can beat boss with summons that doesn't mean that this boss is fine. Battles with bosses should be challenging but fair and interesting. Some bosses are badly designed or overtuned, so they bad not because they are just hard.

One day these people will attempt to explain why things are bad instead of just declaring it to be the case, but it won't be this decade either.
does anyone know where Igon's sign is for the Bayle fight? or does he get auto summoned or some shit?
Think I saw it inside the arena, somewhere next to the entrance. Didn't summon him for obvious reasons.
I must be blind then
>Parryfest boss
Gwyn except no plin plin plon and a cancerous second phase
Nothing Relana has is as cancerous as Gwyn's fast downward sword swing and slow downward sword swing having the exact same telegraph so you have to gamble with your roll timing on which one he is using
Are the swords any good? Feels like they wouldn't get good scaling till like 250+
you're not about to tell me commander pigmask is a mandatory mount fight, despite the devs knowing full well having to fight anything on torrent that isnt a giant is aids. you ARENT about to tell me that
Just beat Mesmer, so far the humanoid bosses have been great, did not care for the lion or hippo
did you beat the dragons
I beat the ancient dragon on the jagged mountain and decided I probably did not have enough tree fragment upgrades.
there's still like 4 more up there
4 ancient dragons? Do they all drop the max smithing stones because I don’t think I enjoy the ancient dragons enough to fight them just for fun
go up and find out
I had 6 blessings when I beat him, but I don't think it matters much. he still has combos that one-shot you no matter what
talking about the final dragon btw
Managed to beat her with 0 blessings used. Took me 2 hours but I still consider her a kino boss.
Where are all the strength weapons without an int or faith requirement
this design has nothing going for it. serious the most generic souls boss i've ever seen
I ganksquaded her
Kino fight.
