WHat's that thick shitty paint they put over museum vehicles and it clogs everything like a glazed donut? All the mechanical parts get stuck together with the jizz.
Probably because they're not really allowed to go over it with paint thinner. Maybe it was always like that? Actually a good question ignore me, I want to find out.
Actually I think I got it. Must be to prevent rust and weather shits. If all the nuts and crevices are shut the machine will be safe to look at.

OH, yeah, that makes sense. Was just reading a quora page about it - one of the answers was from someone who'd restored and repainted a bunch of old armored cars, and they said the paint went on thick since rust was a concern (their home being near the sea). Makes sense.
Apparently also a dull gloss finish was actually common for newly painted tanks, as it withstood wear for longer - presumably in the field they'd apply field camo to make it harder to spot.

Cool. You can keep them for decades if they are not functional anyways.

Easy to clean too being shinny paint, just some spray water and it's clean.
You lost the 1v1. Hardly much of an achievement to win in the end when you have the industrial might of the entire planet behind you while facing a tiny country like Germany. In terms of discipline, tactics and equipment Germany was superior
>industrial might of the entire planet
What the frick are they teaching people about this war. The Germans had a head start on industrializing and had more resources than anyone on tap for most of the war. The reason they were able to industrialize so much was exactly because they had so much resources from controlling Europe and abroad, like the place this is set in, the NA theatre... Shit, the moment they lost access to NA they had to invade Russian because they burned through all their oil and resources at such a high rate that if they couldnt aquire more they would collapse. It wasnt just a silly mistep to fricking attack Russia, they NEEDED to do it and win just to stay in the war.
Germany could not sustain the way it was running anon, it needed to have the worlds resources to do what it was doing. The Germans do not have this magic power to make German dirt produce oil and steel, they took it from everywhere else and their allies, again, who controlled almost all trade into Britian and denied them access to it for several years, and yet they still couldnt defeat them.
> The Germans had a head start on industrializing and had more resources than anyone on tap for most of the war
did they? For instance, as far as I know, they had very few cars, which is also why they made so much use of motorcycles. They also produced about 8,300 planes in 1939; only about 350 planes more than the UK produced alone.
They also lacked rubber and tungsten. Of both, the USA had far more than enough.
> Shit, the moment they lost access to NA they had to invade Russian
depends on what you want from a game.
mowas2 is more simulation-like and coh2 is more arcadey. mowas2 unit ai can be incredibly annoying at times while coh2 unit ai tends to be alright for the most part.
if you do get coh2, get coh2: master collection from a keyseller. otherwise, youll need to buy a bunch of dlc separate to play different nations i learned this too late.
for the most part, yes. there are some other differences like mowas2 battles can eventually become much larger than coh2 and the maps in mowas2 can be larger, but the major aspect is the realism that you have to resupply your troops/equipment, all your troops can die nearly instantly to basic riflefire, etc in mowas2.
the one major bad aspect of coh2 is how many microtransactions there are, but if you get the master collection, youre cutting down on most of it since you wont have to buy the other 3 (out of 5) nations. there are more microtransactions for commanders (gives specific unit+equipment callins/enhancements to units/etc), but relic was nice enough to give a few free credits to get a couple. mess with the factions a bit and decide which one you like before wasting your few free credits on a commander you hate im moronic and 'bought' ones i didnt really care for
The micromanagement can be worse than coh2 especially in the long-session game where all of your unit will eventually run out of respective ammo like AP or HE shells for tank and fuel for vehicle if they move around too much, plus the resources management and unit cap sucks dick compared to CoH.
It has up and down, but I would prefer OP to buy CoH2 instead, unless he's an autist.
MoWAS2 is that game where the scope and scale didn't match with the intended mechanic of the game. If only it has similar scale of engagement like
For me Steel Division would hit just right with the scale and management. Too bad the game is pretty much dead.
then it would close to perfect. As of now, I think the map is just too small and closed if you wanted realism and micromanagement to that scale, and I hate that my supply truck and artillery can be sniped from across the map by a stray shot from an opponent's tank or AT. In short it's a pure jank.
MoWAS2 can be pretty dumb fun if you're able to micromanage unit to their logistic supply such as ammo and fuel against AI and noobs by ambushing their tanks and zerg infantry with cheap AT and rocket artillery by controlling it manually (yes in this game you can manually control every unit)
i loved sd44, and i wish they wouldve kept a similar scale for sd2, or if they wouldve AT LEAST had an American airborne division. sd2 is fine in its own right though.
Is Britain one faction? It seems a bit odd to me that they'd bother to split Germany into two factions to represent the difference between the North African and Italian campaigns but then not do the same for the British who were equally as different between the two theatres.
How can angloids even compete?
Rent free
why is their skin fricking purple
by getting the tea version of the Maus ;-;
The Matilda?
good one but no, i am talking about the A.43 Black Prince.
I still don't get why they decided that adding a protoype tank from May 1945 into a game set in 1943 is a good move
>that little M13/40
Cute! Cute!!!
It's a L6 with autocannon
THIS is an M13/40

Ahhh, my mistake
I love the WW2 Italian tanks, Italy low tier is good fun in WT.
We literally won the war. I'd say we competed pretty well

you are trolling right?
Oh, hey, didnt see you there. Those are some nice bases...
Are British LRDG even in this or will that too be added later
Long gun Panzer IIIs are pure sex
So schön, schön war die Zeit...
>It's another anti tank rifles used as small arms episode
It's all so tiresome
interesting. coh2 is fun. are they going to stuff a bunch of diversity into coh3? do they know everybody hates that?
Blackrock already paid
they already have mixed race units for the USA, and the campaign will be about a israeli berber woman. https://youtu.be/aeiqt_E0KjU
>Can't play as Montgomery
Into the dumpster
ALWAYS WANTED TO NAME MY DOG ROMMEL
For you, it’s a dick in your ass cause you’re a massive homosexual.
Anon you need to stop trying to have sex with men
Rommel was a beast.
Assault squad and CoH, which one is better?
depends on what you want from a game.

So it boils down to realism and arcade? Guess I'll try what you suggested since I'm moving on from CoC generals and AoE2

Yea the increased range on sd2 just makes it static as frick
Playing the preview completely killed all hype for me.
It pure jank, the sound is horrifically bad and it plays like shit.
They lost btw
