Bloodborne is particularly bad about this, every time you swing your camera around a wall or pillar you get a flash of the skybox before the objects behind the wall appear

how do they know the distribution of particles without "observing" it?

You slay a light bison and use its meat for observerless observation.

if you measure which slit the particle goes through, then the pattern goes away.
if you don't measure which slit the particle goes through you get the pattern

wow, almost like the calculations are wrong but scientists are so full of themselves they rather come up with some bullshit explenation than admitting that the math they've been practicing for decades is full of errors.

It's because you aren't just looking or not looking. The two lines is when you put a detector in the slits to determine which slit a photon went through. You're actually changing the course of the photon, because in order for the detector to see it, it has to hit the photon with a particle. Really all this shows is that looking at things changes their state, which makes perfect sense considering that looking at things requires you to hit them with light so the light can bounce back from it into your eyes.

Implying light is being used for detection.

Any form of detection requires hitting a thing with another thing.

Is this how they came up with the crazy bullshit of Cyclops's lasers coming from the punch dimension?

isnt the logic that the test uses light, and to ``observe it`` you need to shine another light on it, and this 2nd light changes the pattern of the first?

      Stop spreading misleading implications

It's the specific methods scientists use for the observation what interferes with the results (which are simply the only way you can observe this phenomenon), not you as a person simply "seeing" the result

air get hotter closer to road
light go faster through hotter air
light bend when going from slow air to fast air
you are looking at the sky, not puddles

Reminder that to "observe" something on a particle level is impossible without interacting with it, and this is what is meant when people say that observing the experiment changes the result.

This. There is no "particle-wave duality". That's a load of dogshit. There are ONLY waves. The perceived particles are merely the densest regions of each waveform as they travel, compress, and expand repeatedly. Similarly, atomic valence shells work the way they do because the solid center of the atom functionally "broadcasts" electrical pressure that other similar pressures can fill, just like the drain in a bathtub or a tornado.
