MGQ:Paradox interestingly has Pleasure Attacks, which scale off of dex, but use the same defense stat as magic skills.

Lightning is always the strongest with the least enemies resisting it and the best effects. At best Fire will hit have slightly more enemies weak to it but the tradeoff being that a ton of enemies will resist it meanwhile lightning is always good.
