Has anyone else been burdened with this autism? It's Castlevania SoTN btw

A game's a game OP
Does the presentation of the emulator bother you or something?
Demon's Souls. I think it only bothers me BECAUSE modding for it has otherwise gotten it so close to feeling like a PC port experience.
Are the fixed the chield yet? I swear that emulation is fricking moronic! The chield have ben know broken invisible for years and them not even care, fricking incompetent 3d worlders!!
There's a mod to fix that.
Yes, that's actually been fixed for a decent while now.
yup, piracy is gay
It's the weird satisfaction of having earned what you're playing. Since you've technically stolen it, you have no emotional attachment to it as you or someone else has made no sacrifice to get it in your hands.
I used to, but I just stopped giving a frick
I just don't play as many old games today anyways, new games became better and I played most good old ones already
Yeah. I feel this with actual games like consoles. I simply can't play emulated shit.
Ganker will find literally any excuse to not play a videogame
Actually, unironically enslaved.
>dear corporation, I paid you tribute, am I allowed to feel pleasure now?
And not even the corporation that made the game or the publisher, but a distribution service.
OP, you are a moronic clown. Point at him and laugh.
gladly
>from steam
only when I played console games with a keyboard
Youve been conditioned. Now cope with the fact that under the right circumstances you would have taken the wienertail with 99 other virgins to go to heaven while the cult leader is laughing his ass off.
It’s not uncommon to feel joyless in using something you’ve stolen, and that’s a good thing, for it gives you a sense of moral superiority and enhances the enjoyment of games you do buy, whereas after frying their dopamine from constant thieving nothing truly brings them joy, whether it was stolen or purchased their sense of accomplishment has dried up.
Anyway just emulate old games there’s really nobody to pay for them anyway, or if you must, buy everything from eBay.
You are a brainwashed drone, holy shit
Anything to dismiss an otherwise fascinating discussion on psychology
Dude, retroarch is on steam and you can set in the settings for it to show on steam what you are playing.
>It feels less satisfying to launch it via emulator than through steam
This is so stupid.
Steamies are psychologically dependent on steam. It's not about paying for the game. They would have no problem playing a free game as long as it is attached to their steam account.
