It's British prison terminology, like in the USA they have PC, here we had "Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise" for kidfrickers and rapists so they didn't noncebashed and get left quadraspazzed on a lifeglug.

Different anon but I actually learned recently it's an acronym used in prison to alert the guards that they're at high risk of being attacked so they can separate them from other prisoners. Its "not on normal courtyard activities". Blew my mind when I found out

I've been playing Megaman X6 a lot for some reason recently I've been having fun
x6 sucks, but there's a lot of fun to be had with the armors and some of the levels if you can get past or workaround the bullshit factor.
I liked that stage near the end where your armor decides whether you have a stupid easy stage and extremely difficult boss, or viceversa.
