Name the game(s) that you're spending heavy amount of time on and that is currently on your mind throughout the day.
I'm currently playing through the Souls games. I fricking can't stop playing them, I constantly think about these games even when I'm going to bed. I have to jack off before heading to bed or else I can't sleep. These games are great (my favorite so far being DeS for the atmosphere, ost and kino moments like the boss fight against Storm King).

If you have a life then a video game won't take it over. It will if you're a NEET,unemployed, disabled etc
I have a job, but like I said, these games are on my mind almost 24/7 and as soon as I'm done with working I immediately go home and play for the whole day. I don't take the time to talk much with people or family. Hell, I had trouble sleeping yesterday sleeping because of DS3 and slept like around 3am and woke up at 7. I'm trying to get my life under control.
works the other way, you have to have a life to be taken over
Once I was taken over by Ultima Online, I had to play 48 hours straight every time I logged in.
These days I don't get as addicted to games as I used to.
>These days I don't get as addicted to games as I used to.
I thought the same but then I started playing From games. The last game that did this for me was the MGS games.
Demons Souls remake
Dark Souls Remastered
Bloodborne
Dark Souls 3
Elden ring
I probably put around 600-700 hours into these games this year alone.
I'm honestly considering on buying a ps4 or 5 just to play fricking Bloodborne.
.
Trails despite not even being halfway through the game yet. I can't stop thinking about it, I can't stop going to threads about it, it's like a brain virus. Been a while since I've felt like this over a game.
Nice, who's your favorite character so far? I played them all the way to CS4 I need to get back on that series.
Not far enough to feel strongly about any of the characters but I like Estelle. I also liked the flight attendant npc and the little girl who wanted to be a reporter in Rolent. Olvivier seems like a fun character too.
Space Station 14, can't get enough of it, roughly 8 hours daily for the past two months.
when’s the surgery, sister?
Just a week away!
how is it compared to 13?
Better be playing the original DeS instead of that souless demake.
I don't have a PS5 even if I do, I wouldn't play it. The game just gives me 'HIRE THIS MAN' vibe. The biggest sin for me are the the changes they made to ost. As soon as I heard the Tower Knight boss ost I felt utterly disgusted. How the frick did they change the Nexus theme and thought that shit was okay.
If we had it on PC at least we would be able to mod it.
There are a few mods for the game on the RPCS3, but haven't tried any big improvements. Last time I just used a few to fix widescreen glitches and improve the font.
Armour spider is the biggest frick up
I'm obsessed with Hitman Freelancer. It's a mode in Hitman that creates random targets in levels and you purchase gear to bring on missions and if you die you lose the gear. I've already unlocked everything so now I'm basically role playing. I walk around slowly, I set up cool kills, I blast targets in the chest with unsilenced pistols before dropping it and walking away. Right now I'm setting up a cool kill where I'm gonna make the target walk to an apartment, then I'll activate a flash bomb I've set up, then I'll start shooting through the blinds with an AR from a rooftop of another building.
I don't have more than 500 hours on any game. I consider that a point of pride
DeS is the best from soft game, I love the level design and the nexus music so much.
tf is that filter get a grip man!
My bad, thanks for the image.
>pirate elden ring to try it out
>runs like crap on my rig
>run around for an hour and haven't played it since
>don't want to buy a new pc
Never tell that shit to Miyazaki
I have been playing DeS, DaS 1, and currently DaS 2 after I finished ER and Sekiro. (AC6 if it counts)
It's great so far, and I love Tower of Latria. It kinda ruin my works because I keep playing these games instead of doing productive shit.
I currently have mixed feeling about DaS 2. There are some stuffs that I like about it, but some features and level designs are either questionable or just outright bad.
The demastered AO is so broken.
DaS2 is one of those games that I would just play just to complete it and never return to it again. It's not very fun to play nor is the game's world that interesting. There are some highlights
I honestly might drop the game at some point and just start DaS 3.
Dead by Daylight
I was playing Etrian Odyssey 2 daily, which is a lot for me. But the plant that casts sleep on entire party every battle was too annoying for me, when I equipped everyone with an accessory that supposedly grants resistance to sleep and nothing changed, I got bored and stopped playing it. I'd rather work on my game and make a good dungeon crawler instead.
>playing deus ex for the first time
>get super immersed and end up beating the entire game in one-ish day over 20 hours
>ori and the blind forest for the first time
>12 uninterrupted hours
>hollow knight for the first time
>playing for just 2 hours a day until i get the claws
>start doing city of tears on friday, from that point onwards get completely addicted and get 112% completion by sunday
>the dlc boss rush beaten on monday
Elden Ring
>play some simple but really good indie game
>its short but theres a sequel coming soon
>for some reason cant stop thinking about the game
>wanna play the game but it doesnt have much replay value
>checked out all the workshop mods which were all simple and basic stuff
>keep imagining myself playing the sequel of the game
>keep imagining how the content and levels of the second game could be
>keep imagining how i think the second game could be better
And the second game sucks.
