The left handle can be unlocked to let you lean back, twisting that dick thing determines how much resistance there is when leaning back.
This allows you to set it to hard which allows you to lean back smoothly, typically used if it is unlocked all the time so you can lean back when you want to, while the soft setting is more if you have it locked all the time and want to quickly lean back and lock it in that position.
I've owned my chair for around 10 years and never knew this.
Every time I messed with it to see if it did anything I only turned it a couple times around at most which makes an unnoticeable difference.
if you live near a habitat for humanity restore go there to get a chair. they usually have high quality office chairs for a pittance.
i got a $600 chair for 15 buckeroos.
what even is the brand?
im not from america or europe
Been using it for more than a year now (without the elbows). It's perfectly fine, no back issues. I'm tall and not fat though.
im a manlet and its NOT designed for us at all
also i just hurt my elbow today because of the armrests
i usually remove them but recently i decided to put them back on and it gave me elbow AIDs and now im seething because of it
Not a frog so maybe I missed it but I found a page with office chairs and that one wasn't there.

No, I guess they don't have their "older" models there.
I found the chair on this other site: https://www.rueducommerce.fr/p-fauteuil-bureau-repose-pieds-fancy-gris-modern-living-2009683140-21053.html?articleOfferId=23860084
More expensive than where I bought it, though.

Interesting, thanks. Doesn't look like they'd ship to the UK but still useful.
The issue with chairs like these are that the cushions start to go flat after a year or two and you end up just sitting on the cardboard base of the seat directly. Feels bad.
It really depends on your height. If you're between 5'6" and 5'11" it's probably going to be pretty comfy, but it has very limited adjustability, so if you're shorter or taller than that, the lumbar support will probably be in the wrong place.
Gamer chairs are a fricking scamm to get money out of moronic poeple, also buying chairs from internet is fricking stupid, you gotta go to the place and feel it, going by looks will only get you another useless shit or something even worse
I just got one of these after using a 60$ serta chair from sams club. Prior to that I ran through two generic gamer chairs.
Amazing improvement, fabric is comfortable - not too hard not too soft or scratchy even on bareskin. You do not slide off of it while jerking off. Tension adjustment on the lean is solid, as is degree of lean. High quality base, back support and headrest.
The only nitpick is the arm rests. I wish they were adjustable with tilt and forward/rear position. I fit the chair well with broader shoulders. More narrow people would have a hard time using them. Well worth the 200 spent.
I am looking since 2 months for a chair
I wamted to make a chair out of a car seat
Looked even at herman miller shit
But i decided on the recaro rae now
I sat on it and it was comfortable as frick
Only the reline is too soft
it looks like they're adjustable front/back and up/down and that's cool and all, but they look like the same armrests i've dealt with in the office from chinkshit manufacturers, so they might have the same supplier
main problem is that they get loose over a shorter period of time and the materials aren't great, the chair they're attached to that you got looks like it's a good one tho
Clutch Throttle Alpha XL. Big chair for big boys. Extra wide. I'm not fat. I'm 6'3" and this is one of the few chairs that has a headrest I can actually use. Good adjustability too, locking lean and all that. Best chair I've had and I've had quite a few.I broke it after about 2 years and they sent me a replacement part no problem. Good warranty. I sat like an idiot putting all my weight on the joint under the seat, so I don't blame the chair for breaking. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. I learned to stop sitting like that in this type of chair. I need a recliner.
If you want the right chair, then shipping would be no problem. There are several manufacturers of these kinds of chairs, and one of them I know sells in the UK. If you're in Yuroland then you might be able to get one from there.
I'm 6'10" 270lbs and break every office chair I've ever sat in. Cheap amazon ones break in under a year from leaning back in them all the time. I had a gamer one that broke after barely a year. All of them made out of cheap chinesium with lazy/horrible spot welding. Imagine if they actually fricking used steel or iron and did good welding jobs on the frames. Now I'm using some 4 leg cheap dinner chair and contemplating even bothering buying another one of these shitty meme chairs. Jesus just get me a fricking recliner or something.
>Have you considered building your own
I have actually, out of some simple wood planks or something.. but I was worried if the butt part was just flat it'd get too uncomfy even with a pad. Maybe take it to a carpenter to have them mold my ass
im OP
im short and small
today i hurt myself because of the rests then removed it
but that chair always gives me different kinds of aids and its never as comfertable as sitting as on a couch..
i just wanna be comfy....
I got tired of replacing shitty chinese gamer chairs every 2-ish years so I dropped about $400 on a Steelcase Series 1
If my fat ass and/or poor posture fricks this one up it at least has a lifetime warranty behind it
Oh yeah its surprisingly comfy too
> show up to a high rise skyscraper > request to speak with engineering > tell them you are wondering if they are able to donate any office chairs from vacated suites
everyone is WFH right now and a lot of offices are clearing out. I got newish chairs for my whole office doing this.
The problem with "ergonomic" chairs is they are built for office wagies who aren't allowed to move for 8 hours. Usually at home you want to feel more relaxed, I like to recline while I'm watching videos or sometimes I play a game with a controller
im 6'2 138 pounds im skinny so I dont really stress out chairs like a fat person would
so is it worth even dropping 500 on a used steelcase or should i just buy a staples cheapie
lmao i have a couch. imagine spending more on a chair than i did on my console and you still can't snuggle your gf when you play. this shit can't be real
>gamer chair
Jesus just buy some call center chair or some office boss chair, they literally make nice office chairs that are meant to be sat in 10+ hours a day for years
I just have one of these I swiped from the front office when they replaced all the chairs. It's comfortable, but I don't get to spin around like a moron.
Check out Ikea desk chairs. The most comfortable computer chair I've ever had is a cheap plastic Ikea swivel chair. I can't find it on the website so I don't know if they're making good cheap chairs anymore but it's worth checking out.
I got my markus a few years ago. the seat padding is basically non existant now and the squeaking is almost intolerable. sure was comfy for that first year though.
Go on craigslist or facebook marketplace and spend 200 bucks on a used herman miller. Every tech startup buys a hundred of them and 90% end up in liquidation.
just so you don't make the stupid mistake: an initially soft seat is NOT good! it will make your ass hurt after an hour because the foam is not dense enought to distribute your weight across the chair. they also wear out in less than a couple of months, making your ass sit directly on metal.
that's the reason why high ergonomic chairs tend to be firm and not comfy.
A few years ago I just went down to some office supply store and sat in their bigass CEO chairs until I found one that was comfy and it's been great so far
I'm picking up a barbershop chair tomorrow off craigslist for 200$
good idea?
bad idea?
it's big and has a nice footrest thingy and barber chairs are comfy to me so I figured why not
Looking for chairs with almost the same dimensions as the Ikea MILLBERGET. I have the old design and it's perfect, bought a new one and it had a slightly newer design. Sucked ass, no longer fit under my desk and it felt like it was pushing me out of the seat. I returned it immediately.
Pic related are dimensions, but the armests can't be higher than 25 inches.
Please help, anons.
buy a $50 chinese gaming chair on amazon
>inb4 REEEEEEE NOOOOOOOO YOU NEEED A $1500 REDDIT MILLER GAYRON CHAIR THAT'S BEEN OPTIMIZED FOR 20 HOUR WAGIE TASKING
you don't understnad
I sit on this 20 hours a day, also you can put things in it so it's multipurpose
>no gaming leds
My Amazon chinee chair sucks wiener, I’m about to head over to staples and sit my gamer ass down in each chair and see what’s best
That's a $300 IKEA office chair tho.
monobloc. you can use it outside too so it's multipurpose
What purpose does this serve?
emergency butt plug
You twist it to adjust how far back the chair can lean
The left handle can be unlocked to let you lean back, twisting that dick thing determines how much resistance there is when leaning back.
This allows you to set it to hard which allows you to lean back smoothly, typically used if it is unlocked all the time so you can lean back when you want to, while the soft setting is more if you have it locked all the time and want to quickly lean back and lock it in that position.

God fricking dammit.
Try this one
Milk.
I wish I could. She cute.
thats a man
You need to define "cheap".
>decent amount of padding
>adjustable arm rest
this looks nice
where did you get it ?
any complaints about it ?
I've been using it for only 2 months and I like it so far. But I bought it in Western Europe, not in America.
what even is the brand?
im not from america or europe
im a manlet and its NOT designed for us at all
also i just hurt my elbow today because of the armrests

How is this adjustable moron
Do you not see the fricking joints underneath the cushion?
moronic moron
>homosexual gets flustered for getting called out
wow
woah even
Why does that chair have a ball-sack?
Had a foot pedestal thingy like that but that Black person broke after a year
Hot goddamn that's almost exactly what I'm after in a chair.
Why is there no chair with footrest that has adjustable armrest?
>Why is there no chair with footrest that has adjustable armrest?
This one does but is rather expensive
sorry anon, but that would be too rich for your blood
I want that but I know my cat would likely fricking destroy it as he has a seething hatred for chairs.
The issue with chairs like these are that the cushions start to go flat after a year or two and you end up just sitting on the cardboard base of the seat directly. Feels bad.
>france only
Is picrel (Ikea) good?
nah
No i had it for 5 years
Retured it for backpain
It really depends on your height. If you're between 5'6" and 5'11" it's probably going to be pretty comfy, but it has very limited adjustability, so if you're shorter or taller than that, the lumbar support will probably be in the wrong place.
Been using it for more than a year now (without the elbows). It's perfectly fine, no back issues. I'm tall and not fat though.
Take plastic chair pill.
In what way does it rape your back? Markus is awesome.
>hole to air your balls
I will now buy your chair.
Nobody makes comfy chairs anymore.
Only the best.
Gamer chairs are a fricking scamm to get money out of moronic poeple, also buying chairs from internet is fricking stupid, you gotta go to the place and feel it, going by looks will only get you another useless shit or something even worse
I use a wooden office chair.
Very comfy.
Got this from Staples. $200. Its good.
nice kot
It's a good chair but I'm gonna have to look for something else, seat began to sag on mine after a couple years.
thats an expensive cot, i didnt know staples sold those
Maybe for a common short hair. Persians, Maine Coon and Forest Cats go for 600-1000 per kitten.
I got that but it agitated my lower back for some reason and gave me a sciatica flare so i wound up giving it away.
This is the staples Dexley Mesh.
I just got one of these after using a 60$ serta chair from sams club. Prior to that I ran through two generic gamer chairs.

max comfy

But i decided on the recaro rae now
I sat on it and it was comfortable as frick
Only the reline is too soft
>recaro makes office chairs
i didn't even know that
those arms look like shit though, like they were bolted on from another chinkshit chair as an afterthought.
i guess if it works for you, sure
Best armrests i saw that wasnt steelcase or herman miller
Compared to gayming chaird definately one of the better ones on chairs
it looks like they're adjustable front/back and up/down and that's cool and all, but they look like the same armrests i've dealt with in the office from chinkshit manufacturers, so they might have the same supplier
main problem is that they get loose over a shorter period of time and the materials aren't great, the chair they're attached to that you got looks like it's a good one tho
Anyone have suggestions for gaming chairs without armrests? apparently armrests are bad for ergonomics
If you find a chair you like that has arm rests, just remove them.
israelite man miller sayl
Can get it without arms
Yeah I've got a gayman chair and I just popped my arm rests off.
$15.49 limited time only
Oh my god, a chair!
Yeah. IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF!
Now I'm mad
you motherfricker
A padded foldable chair is usually 7$
Clutch Throttle Alpha XL. Big chair for big boys. Extra wide. I'm not fat. I'm 6'3" and this is one of the few chairs that has a headrest I can actually use. Daily reminder that if you reach a point where your chair matters you need to stop get some exercise and go outside more instead.
You can be fit and still want a comfy chair
If you REALLY want the best chair you can buy, built for comfort, you need to look into emergency dispatch chairs. I'm dead fricking serious.
Stuff like that: https://www.911chair.com/ ?
Yes. Either that, Iron Horse or Concept Seating.
Wow thank you for this.
No problem, anon. Those guys in that field can run big so they're great for fatties too.
any good alternatives?
________No._____
>emergency dispatch chairs
what is that? google gives me herman miller chairs
You can search for 911 dispatch chairs too. Read through some of the replies I got for a couple other brands.
>no prices listed
so how many k's are these chairs and how can I try them before I buy?
It's more about building the chair around you. And yes, they will be more pricey. But the chair will last forever.
Used steelcase leap v2
literally why cant i just find an office chair as comfy as a couch chair
i would sit on my couch all the time but i cant play some games or work on it
too bad we dont have that here and shipping would cost WAY too much
If you want the right chair, then shipping would be no problem. There are several manufacturers of these kinds of chairs, and one of them I know sells in the UK. If you're in Yuroland then you might be able to get one from there.
Got a used Ergohuman Mesh recently
Very comf ineed
I have an ergonomic chair for long periods of sitting, and then a reclining one to kick back and watch movies.
I'm 6'10" 270lbs and break every office chair I've ever sat in. Cheap amazon ones break in under a year from leaning back in them all the time. I had a gamer one that broke after barely a year. Have you considered building your own or otherwise just using a big concrete block?
>Have you considered building your own

how's the weather in kazakhstan?
but thats a man
Have you considered cutting off your legs, it would make you quite a bit lighter
He could also make himself into a miniature zippo, although that would only make him a little lighter.
He would only need to use a tiny portion of bone and some fat. It wouldn't really help.
I've got you.
You want him to sit on a black guy?
is that Tyrese?
im going to buy the markus and you cant stop me
Markus is great and people who need armchairs are fricking moronic.
steelcase leap v2
Do not buy a steelcase leap v2, it's awful and hurts a lot.
Everyone who is talking about "muh chair is hurting me" is a fat american.
>reddit x troony
im OP
im short and small
today i hurt myself because of the rests then removed it
but that chair always gives me different kinds of aids and its never as comfertable as sitting as on a couch..

americans are pure cancer. How can your hurt yourself?
im not american you dumb europoor Black person

Not American and yet you speak like one? Could you be a brainwashed Australian?
maybe canadian or south american
Just buy a good fricking office chair. "gaming" chair are a fricking scam
>Americans will never know the beauty of Malmstolen
>1000 euro

You get 10 years of guarantee, it's a long time investment and pays off
Sure, if you're unsophisticated.
absolutely worth it, the most comfortable chair i ever sat in
I got tired of replacing shitty chinese gamer chairs every 2-ish years so I dropped about $400 on a Steelcase Series 1

lmao i have a couch. imagine spending more on a chair than i did on my console and you still can't snuggle your gf when you play. this shit can't be real
I personally like round type chairs. The one I am use right now is a foldable.
My brother used to trap me under the "cage" part of a chair like that when were kids.
Bought jarvfjallet. Ama
I had that, didn't like it. Switched to a Markus which I'm honestly not huge on either but has definitely been working better for me.
markus is shit
3 years and the seat foam is already flat and my ass goes numb from just sitting in it (and i'm 132 pounds).
>gamer chair
Jesus just buy some call center chair or some office boss chair, they literally make nice office chairs that are meant to be sat in 10+ hours a day for years

WHICH ONE YOU STUPID Black person
SOME IS NOT A MODEL
Chair for tall people?
I just have one of these I swiped from the front office when they replaced all the chairs. It's comfortable, but I don't get to spin around like a moron.
you could mod it to spin and wheel around.
Give into temptation and get an ergonomic office chair already
You sit in it 8 hours a day already
here u go
Check out Ikea desk chairs. The most comfortable computer chair I've ever had is a cheap plastic Ikea swivel chair. I can't find it on the website so I don't know if they're making good cheap chairs anymore but it's worth checking out.

not a fan, never been a fan. When possible I do NOT install these on my chairs.
The only chair I'd get next to a high end office chair. The Sparco Racing Torino chair, using the seat of the same name. $450 USD
>no padding on arm rest
>wings around it so you cant move
I don't really worry about the arm rests, you can move in it if you're not an autistic spaz.
Probably not, I just like the seat.
ok but will this reduce my nordschleife time?
I got my markus a few years ago. the seat padding is basically non existant now and the squeaking is almost intolerable. sure was comfy for that first year though.
