works on my machine
crashes on gnome
*grashes*
>gnome
i love gnome :c
>just need to get my work done
>do basic debian install
>epussy crashes my DE because somebody mean to him online
That's because it's not a valid use case, you don't need to do that
Stability is bloat. You don't need that feature. Closing.
make a ebasedi thread. this king needs to be on top of Ganker always
No, I got a 3-day last time and I fricking hate getting off the pass
just use a solver bro
Gnome does it better than any de
Use cases of alt tabbing are not clear, you don't need this feature, locking this issue
Thank you saar.

i just binded a "Show Desktop" key on XFCE and it works where Windows alt tab would have failed
>i just binded a "Show Desktop" key on XFCE and it works where Windows alt tab would have failed
but could you attach a wheel as your steering wheel on a brand new Volkswagen? Proprietards BTFO
>it works where Windows alt tab would have failed
So, nowhere?
Works just fine on kde, the meta button + app menu is the one with issues when trying to do shit on a second monitor when you already have a full screen window on the main one tho
On GNU/Linux we're dedicated to our games when we play them, like everything else. Multitasking is not a needed feature if you have the correct mindset.
alt+tab also works fine just not on mint cause of their ancient mutter version
Wtf are you talking about? I alt tab from games all the time on mint
moron.
I can finally bind alt tab tab to something useful in dota. Unironicaly not the last reason I was so happy to switch a few years ago.
>gayming
>not having multi monitor setup
irrelevant
>not having multi monitor setup
some of us are adults, anon.
Unemployed adults, it seems.
Crashes on when using X11 but not on Wayland for me.
alt + esc in gnome if you have more than one app openm in the same window. yeah yeah, I know that's against the intent of Gnome devs or whatever
when will Ganker understand that there is no one linux and virtually every install is unique
what applies to your install doesnt apply to all installs
mindbroken wincucks are literally moronic
switching from windows to linux I keep using alt+tab and it will occasionally frick up and crash my system essentially. trying to break the habit by simply using the 'super' key instead or maybe just set it so alt+tab shows that instead.
wintards BTFO once again
that's still not alt tab
my apologies sir, big difference
The relative shanty town of wincope
Kek freetards in shambles for the billionth time this nanosecond
Half the time I can't alt tab on windows without my game locking up
It's the main reason I stop using fullscreen mode
I'm convinced you just made this shit up, tabbing out on Windows is far slower than KDE and crashes my games sometimes
Standard MO of OP, I'm pretty sure it's the same moron who genuinely believes that like 80% of servers run windows
>Alt Tab
>Not switching to another workspace
That's super+left/right arrow
works more smoothly than it does on winshit
>xfce chud
xfce is remarkably good at alt tab
