I have a feeling they might not do it for anyone else, and if they do it'll stay in Star Rail. Kafka is pretty explicitly for (you) even at the start of the game, she doesn't care about ANYONE else like she cares about the Trailblazer, even the people she works with, and you've apparently been with her for even longer as well if what Blade said at the end of her quest has any truth to it. I have a feeling Genshin won't ever come close to her in that regard, it never wants to go far at all with any type of pandering unless there's some weird writer's pet like Ayaka who got friendzoned anyway.

It's more that during Sumeru there was a more notable shift in the direction of husbandos. Guarantee that despite there technically being more females in Fontaine the males will get much more focus aside from Furina and Arlecchino. They'll also likely be much better in meta, as we already know one of the girls is dead on arrival.
