Sometimes I pose and animate in blender but if you want to look at it in vr you can only do so in materials mode which makes it look very bland, it doesn't have any of the lightning you can achieve in VaM and you also can't interact with it.
Well I can tell you that I managed to find the Night Elf in OP's image quite quickly, because the game has a built-in browser for characters. I don't really know much about the game's actual functionality yet, but you can use tags to search for whatever you want. The OP Night Elf in question is a futa.

The more people you add, the worse it gets. You can try lowering some of the settings. Lower the resolution, disable AA, mess around with the physics and hair.

Start with pre-made scenes that people have uploaded to VaM Hub. There are tons of free ones, although the really good ones are usually locked behind a Patreon (if you know where to look you can usually find some for free).
Pre-made scenes everything is set up, usually you just click a button or two and all the animations and stuff go automatically just like any other porn game. Then the real fun starts when you learn to swap the models, make tweaks in the animations, add voices, etc, etc. This is where most of the "work" comes in but if you're happy with stuff other people make no reason to do any extra things.

Allow me to share my witchcraft with you, mage.
click your male atom, then go to plugins.
add a plugin, mage.
add the plugin acidbubbles.passenger.4 passenger.cs. open the custom ui... mage, set a toggle key and set rotation lock if you're using a vr headset.
this is the important part. while the plugin is activated adjust position Z backwards and position y upwards until you see behind the atom's eyes. adjust the position z until you're in front of the atom's eyes then aim your camera all the way down and align your camera until you see the nose and no clipping of the camera.
a small issue here. >i replaced a fem model with another one. >the og fem model has animation. >new model is smaller than the old one. >animation doesn't line up. >i go to edit and drag the new model to the correct position. >click play >model jumps back. >it looks like the animations aren't on the model. they have separate coordinates but they got placed on the same axis.

Yea it's most likely the plugin Timeline. In timeline you can set the coordinates where animations will play. Open timeline, pick the animation that you wanted to play, then drag the actor to where you actually want it. Then in the Edit tab you need to overwrite the pose location.

Frickin' based, anon. There's plenty of that stuff available. Downloading scenes is the easiest way to go about it. I would recommend downloading the scene, checking it out in desktop to make sure it works fine or to make any edits and then booting up vr.

The more people you add, the worse it gets. You can try lowering some of the settings. Lower the resolution, disable AA, mess around with the physics and hair.

Start with pre-made scenes that people have uploaded to VaM Hub. There are tons of free ones, although the really good ones are usually locked behind a Patreon (if you know where to look you can usually find some for free).
Pre-made scenes everything is set up, usually you just click a button or two and all the animations and stuff go automatically just like any other porn game. Then the real fun starts when you learn to swap the models, make tweaks in the animations, add voices, etc, etc. This is where most of the "work" comes in but if you're happy with stuff other people make no reason to do any extra things.

Allow me to share my witchcraft with you, mage.
click your male atom, then go to plugins.
add a plugin, mage.
add the plugin acidbubbles.passenger.4 passenger.cs. open the custom ui... mage, set a toggle key and set rotation lock if you're using a vr headset.
this is the important part. while the plugin is activated adjust position Z backwards and position y upwards until you see behind the atom's eyes. adjust the position z until you're in front of the atom's eyes then aim your camera all the way down and align your camera until you see the nose and no clipping of the camera.
Or just use Embody.

Yea it's most likely the plugin Timeline. In timeline you can set the coordinates where animations will play. Open timeline, pick the animation that you wanted to play, then drag the actor to where you actually want it. Then in the Edit tab you need to overwrite the pose location.

Click Edit. Select Model. Left hand side will have a bunch of options. Look into Female Morphs.Type what you want to edit, ex: "Breasts", "thighs", "feet" etc. It will take some time to get used to the UI and what things do if you're just starting out.

Yep, that's it. It will give the character some life. might not be exactly what you're looking for but it does make the character a bit more animated.
Look on the hub for "motion capture" idle animations. They'll probably work for what you want.
You could make your own with timeline, shouldn't be too hard.
