gpu power drop could be something messing with the power supply obviously
could also be something briefly ties up the cpu or something in the os causing a cut in data going to the gpu, so its power usage plummets and you get stutters

I can even see when I'm downloading something from steam the download will be cliffs and valleys because the ssd bottlenecks while my connection is stable. It doesn't matter what GPU you get as long as its a 30 series or 40 series. DLSS/FSR means you'll always be able to play every game with better details and performance until they abandon it.
However with DLSS, Nvidia will most likely stop at DLSS 3.0 and reserve it for 40/50 series cards for no reason at all to force you to upgrade and AMD will be stuck for 10+ years at FSR 2.1

I can even see when I'm downloading something from steam the download will be cliffs and valleys because the ssd bottlenecks while my connection is stable. I've done all the things I could do related to ssd at least software wise, next step would probably be changing the ssd cables themselves or even formatting them both in hopes that would do something. How would the ram be related to the ssd giving errors?
