problem with eso writing is that it's like any other millenial writing with marvel references, extremely annoying companions, well that happened and occasional gay/lesbo
as for lore they often take some obscure lore topic, that could be cool as hell and somehow make it as uninteresting as it is possible
and lots of obvious moronations like the way dagon get access to the nirn which could be easily replicated by any prince, any time so there should be multiple global daedric invasions happening all the time
I played eso years ago it’s ok I’ve never been into mmos but the lore from what I remember was not particularly faithful to tes lore so that is shitty. Not a good sign of confidence right out the gate after they released cottonfield. I expect tes 6 to suck but it’s still gonna hurt what that becomes a reality
