Every single switch game is playable through emulation on PC day one (and even Steam Deck if portability is your thing) and is a vastly better experience there because the switch hardware is so outdated. PS5 at least usually looks HD and has the unarguable benefit of timed exclusivity. >timed doesn’t count lol
If you care about discussion and discovery with the community it really does, there’s a reason all of the threads about a new game only happen those first couple of weeks.
Don’t@me with your tendie cope I already left the thread.
>he says, on a board filled with exactly that
Go look at any of the half dozen SMT threads up right now wojakBlack person, that’s what he’s talking about.

You mean the threads that only really have "tendies" in them? It might be a multiplat but who do you think drives discussions?
Except the 90% that are multiplatforms with literal last gen hardware. I bought a Switch as a secondary for PC years ago and I've only used it to play four fricking games in its lifespan. One of which I ended up emulating anyway because of how bad it ran on the console (BOTW)
I can't even be bothered to jailbreak it because there's nothing to play on it. If they ever make a game worth playing I'll just emulate it anyway
Why doesn't Sony reduce the scale of their video-games so it doesn't take 500 million to produce? Isn't it better to pump out AA titles? They can make a lot of exclusives that way. Like ASTRO bot and Stellar Blade.
>Stellar Blade cost 50 million dollars to make >Spider-man 2 cost 500 million dollars to make
Why doesn't Sony focus on smaller AA games? Stellar Blade is objectively better than Spider-man 2. How can Nintendo release 10 new Mario games a year, but upcoming ASTRO BOT needs 4+ years in the oven?
>more new games announced than anyone else
Yes?

We aren't talking about PlayStation anon.

In other words, all you care about is big number and not content and what you can do.
Indeed, playstation still has at least one game that isn't on PC.

MAJOR FRICKING COPE

I only ever buy consoles after the next gen comes out since the previous gen goes on sale
It doesn't make sense when the next gen is backwards compatible.
Bought mine in 2017, actually.
Yes, I purchose a Switch. Deal with it.

Greatest console of all time by far
uhhh yeah, metroid prime 4 is coming out on it.
>he only plays on switch

Dev costs aren’t bloated, it’s advertising. They have to spend $300m on advertising to pay for the $300m they spent on advertising.
>he (past tense verb) in (current year)
>Stellar Blade cost 50 million dollars to make

I will once that sweet golden Lite is released.
Nope, I bought mine in 2022
