I don't know because it happened to me too. What I did was use cheat engine to force the triggers after Act 2 ended but before she has her talk with the Aasimar
CE 7.5 is bundled with malware and all the cheat tables require it to be updated to that.

I wouldn't trust Windows Defender, because its main goal is making sure you only have Microsoft approved products. If you had some other antivirus, like spybot or malwarebytes and they said it had spyware/malware, I'd be more concerned.
Anyway, the cheat engine installer has "recommended" various bullshit programs for like a decade. just decline all of them, read what you're clicking, and you'll be fine.

Problem is that the CE tables for BG3 I want to try and use to fix/reset Shadowheart's romance route only work with v 7.5. Fortunately, I may have found a working clean version with no detected PUAs.
Well, then make your own tables. The methodology hasn't changed, as far as I know. Worst case, you'll have to rediscover the values every time you restart the game. But once you've done it once, it's trivial to do it again.
That's a pain and thankfully I've avoided needing to do that. The clean version I found is working fine.

Apparently if you long rest with it in your inventory right after you get it there's a scene. You can also give it to the dwarf then pickpocket it back.

The Noblestalk is said to cure memory loss. That's the hint that it could be used with Shadowheart, but most people just turn it in for the quest right away. With a Persuasion/Intimidate check at camp you can convince her to eat it, curing the Sharran wound and restoring a memory of a childhood friend.
