People who play on Easy Mode breeze through the game, whereas people who put in the effort to get good and play it properly struggle to get through it. That's why manga is better than anime, nothing is worse than getting halfway through an episode only to realise it's filler and none of it matters and you've just wasted 15 minutes. Either forget the anime and read the manga or look up which episodes are filler and delete them off your hard drive.
Voice acting, music, and animation enhance the experience. Manga is only good if it's the only material that exists.
I can't understand Japanese so I can't speak for it's quality but the English voice acting is always awful and objectively makes the experience worse, and the animation is often very lazy and amateurish, most of the time they just trace the manga and then filled in the gaps with some smear frames. The only point you have that I'll concede is the music, which is a definite enhancement. Ultimately I'd rather read the manga because then my imagination can conjure up much better voices and animation than any studio could.
